Bought this to replace a built-in GE Profile microwave that broke. This was less than half the price of a replacement GE Profile, and fit into the existing frame with just a 3/8” board underneath to let it sit level. (It fit the face plate, but the interior frame too high. We unscrewed that interior piece and put down a board. Easy! Microwave looks and works great.

My last GE microwave died after 10 years of use. However, GE disconnected the model so researching online I was informed that this was the replacement for the old model. So far we are very happy with the purchase.

It’s early in the install, but so far so good. It’s a hot microwave & heats super fast. The lighting inside is good for checking food while it heats and it’s easy to clean. I’m very pleased.

Love the nearly exact GE microwave as my last GE gave 14 years of every day use. Best Buy online order was easy with same day customer curbside pickup.

Was a good choice, the microwave fits perfectly in the space that have in my kitchen and works as well. Altough isn’t of the profile line looks very similar.

The microwave that I received from Best Buy was damaged in shipping, so I had to request a replacement. After several weeks of waiting and the expected arrival date being pushed out 3 times, I finally requested a refund and bought this same model microwave elsewhere. I'll go ahead and share my thoughts on it. It's similar to but slightly larger than our previous GE microwave, which lasted at least 18 years. But even though this one is a bit bigger and is rated 50 watts higher than our previous microwave, it takes longer to cook our food. It is quite spacious inside, which is nice for stacking multiple pizza boxes to keep the pizza warm for a bit, or for storing a few casserole dishes of hot food when I'm fixing a large holiday meal and trying to keep everything warm until serving time and I have no room left in my oven. Another feature that's nice is the reminder beep that sounds every so often to remind me that I have food or tea in the microwave. I also like the option of being able to press just one button to heat something for 30 seconds, or one of the first 6 number buttons that cook for the corresponding amount of minutes at full power. We didn't like the child lock feature at all, since it's difficult and painful to try and press the door open button and the side button at the same time. Thankfully it was easy to depress the side button permanently with a phillips screwdriver so we can just open the door with the front button only. I also don't like the "safety" feature that this microwave has when the pause button has been pushed and we try to resume cooking. For some reason it thinks that there is no food in the microwave, so it will display the word "Food" and will not start cooking again unless we open and close the door again to make it think we've put food inside (even though it was never removed in the first place). Despite the minor things about this microwave that are a bit of a nuisance, it's still a nice microwave over all.

Replaced my old GE profile built in with this model and it fit perfectly. Worked with old trim plate. Shipped in a day. Fast and a bargain at the price.

Died after 2 years and 1 month... 1 month outside of warranty. We had one previously that didnt last much longer unfortunately.

Simple, affordable, beautiful looking appliance. Hope this one lasts 15 years like my old one. Love the size, power & features versus the cost. Open/close handle needs some work, makes a tinny noise. The whole unit is a little louder than my old one, possibly because of the size & its location withing a base cabinet, but I can live with that. Purchased the 4 year extended warranty & hope I don't need it. Came nicely boxed without gouges on the box. Stainless steel outside & white powder coated inside is just what I wanted. The cons: very noisy & no feature to shut off turntable when cooking a casserole. Easy set up & very easy registration.

The microwave works as expected- nothing spectacular, but it feels solid. Only down fall is the key pad is really dark in low light making it hard to read and there is not a quick guide to the controls. If it had a quick guide chart inside or somewhere it would be awesome. The instructions are okay, but you need to test out what each control does.
