We had been pleased with previous one and hope this one performs just as well.

I liked the price, but since we use the microwave alot, I wanted something that was smoother. After a few weeks, we returned, it was just not worth it

Most importantly, order was fulfilled....I purchased the same model from a big box hardware store, and then received a notice a few hours later that the transaction was cancelled b/c the product was not available. Thank you for being reliable, Best Buy!

OUR LAST GE microwave lasted over 20 years and was still working when we replaced it with this unit. Our last micro was a little smaller and was the only reason we replaced it.

A lot more powerful than my prior one and I like all of the features, which I am slowly learning how to use.
