We love our new Microwave! Love all the features on it. Easy to clean and use!!

I also replaced the PEB2060SMSS with the JES2051SNSS using the same trim Kit JX2030SMSS which worked with no issues. Also note that the JES2051SNSS is listed as a "Countertop" unit and GE advises using a profile unit that requires another Kit but I could not see anything that would improve the JES2051SNSS to work better and as long the vent is in the same area any 24 x 13.5 inch unit should fit fine so a lot less worry than we needed to do in figuring which unit. It works as described and hopefully they have been making MW long enough that there would not be a reason to change brands.

I purchased this microwave to replace a very old GE. The exterior size is almost 100% the same as the old model. So I can put it into the cabinet and re-use the old trim. I was about to give it a 5 stars. But this microwave has a cheap door latch release. The door lock button has been turned to the unlock position. But I still cannot open the door smoothly.

Really love the upgrade. Our last microwave was purchased in 2016. The reheat feature is perfect! The interior is roomy and runs super quiet. It was easy to turn off the beeps. The only con is the push button. It seems to stick a bit. Pretty sure it's due to the child-proof safety feature.

This is our second one of these particular microwaves. We love it so far, but we were disappointed that we had to buy it because we had to replace the first one that only lasted 13 months and there are no parts available to fix it. We're crossing our fingers that this one lasts longer than 13 months!!!

I love this 2.0 GE microwave! I've replaced three LG Microwaves over the past 3 years (under warranty) and when the last one stopped heating a few months ago I was done with the LG Brand. I chose the GE Microwave based on reviews and I haven't regretted it. So much easier to use, quieter, and it has more choices of timed cooking (ie: potatoes). Another plus, just press 2 when you want two minutes of cooking. The numbers 1-9 give you 1 - 9 minutes of cooking, depending on which number you choose. Unlike what the instructions suggest, I have this installed in a cabinet, but there is a lot of space on both sides, behind and above the microwave. The cabinet is not air tight and if I was really worried I'd drill an exhaust opening either in the top or sides of the cabinet.

Powerful and even cooking. Really like the fact that you can silence the beeping noises. The only thing that I wish this unit had are light up buttons.

Purchased this microwave after my 10 yr old model PEB2060SM1SS stopped working. Some reviews and answers mentioned that this was a model not to be used as a built in. Counter top only. All the PEB models accept built in trims. However I couldn’t locate one, most models are discontinued. The latest model is slate gray with glass rather than stainless steel. I was able to mount this JES model as a built in. It accepted the trim kit perfectly. No issues. Just like the old one. It has the right holes in the body. Few things to note. You can tell the difference in due to cost cutting. The door cover feels flimsy and so plasticy. Older model was solid and better built. The digital display seems slightly moved and just feels cheaper than the old model. But this model is priced cheaper as well. So can’t really complain. Hope it works well and lasts long.

Was delivered in a day and it is perfect for a base cabinet.

Great value and features. We like this much better than the two more significantly expensive Kitchenaid microwaves that we owned before. Reported reliability ratings for this model are encouraging as well. A bonus is I was able to use my Kitchenaid trim plate with minor modifications. Very happy with our purchase.

This is a work-horse full size microwave that is powerful and simple to setup and use. Replaced an existing microwave in White with a Stainless Steel of same GE line and model.

We go this microwave because the one we got before was a different brand it do work good for a year or so. This GE microwave is better for a few reasons my kids can early use it, I feel is easy to clean and over all the place we made for it was convenience for everyone at home, previous one was over range microwave and it got durty when we cooked and hard to clean the grease out. our new microwave is countertop and i just like it better because stays clean longer

Replacement for older model. Fit the dimensions exactly as described, which was crucial. Most importantly, order was fulfilled....I purchased the same model from a big box hardware store, and then received a notice a few hours later that the transaction was cancelled b/c the product was not available. Thank you for being reliable, Best Buy!

We purchased this microwave after ours finally quit. We had a GE Microwave before and liked it. The size is good as a 9x13 pan can be used in it without the turntable but the turntable also can handle large plates. Like the fact that you can use a timer as you also can use the microwave to heat up items.

Nice microwave. Very spacious inside. Looks great. Buttons easy to operate. Great features. Runs smoothly, and not too loud.

size, power, features are great. Minor complaint is that I have never owned a microwave that was this loud while running. I'm gonna try a rubber mat of some sort because it is very annoying even a room away
