Very large capacity and almost silent

I got an error message E30 when there was 20 minutes left. I looked in the GE manual, no information about E30! I turned off the machine, got the clothes out, rinsed them, twisted them and threw them in the dryer. I called GE customer service, told her the code and she told me someone would come to look at the machine the next day. The GE service guy came and fixed it in 10 minutes. The hot water wasn't turned on and they were hooked up wrong! Best Buy, you send out a guy who doesn't even know to check if he turned the water on and can't even hook it up correctly? And the tells me to give him a good review! I"ve heard that is code for, you should be tipping me. Little did he know, this has happened to me before and I no longer tip delivery people! Take the money and run!
