Burns lower side of bagels, controls feel cheap.

I haven't tried the frozen function. The toaster looks nice, but the buttons and knobs are made of a cheap-feeling plastic. I expect better overall quality from a toast of this price.

It is stated that it is a 1500 watt unit but when I went to buy it, at my local Best Buy, and looked at the label on the toaster it states that it is only 850 watts, the same as most toasters that are 1/2 the price. I was willing to pay nearly double for all that extra power but I can't justify doubling the price for just another average toaster

The stainless finish is beautiful - looks nice on the counter and so far no finger prints. It also toasts quickly.

White bread on low was burnt, in defrost mode, belgian waffle took 3 tries only bottom barely got brown, top was soggy, not browned, & flipped to bottom b/c and still wasn't right. After 16 minutes, gave up on waffle. Do not recommend.
