The layout is well thought out, making it easy to organize everything. It’s also a breeze to clean, which is a huge plus for a busy household. The adjustable shelves and door compartments are super convenient and can easily fit half-gallon containers. The built-in ice maker and filtered water dispenser work great and are a nice added bonus. Overall, very satisfied with the functionality and design!

Long time disappointed customer feeling cared for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My 6 month old refrigerator I bought from Best Buy was damaged by the soot and ash..houses on 3 sides of me burned. I love BB so I bought another from them. This time it looks like I forgot to check the ‘install’ box. After a few days no ice, I assumed I was not connected. (I asked the delivery guys, was I connected, they said yes.. ). But i realize that was not specific enough. At the time I was distracted by other workmen repairing broken windows and frazzled by one too many ‘conversations’ with my insurance co. So in addition to calling BB to arrange another visit ($25 more ) to connect by frig to the water line, I wrote a letter to the CEO of BB express my disappointment that the hardworking guys who delivered the frig did not point out that I was not going to have drinking water or ice because they were not connecting me. Clearly not the biggest “complaint” BB has received but I was handling too much in the recovery from the Eaton Cyn fire. (At the same time grateful that unlike my neighbors, I still have a house to hold a new frig). I had not expectations but I need to tell you that less that two hours after sending my email, the CEO responded (at 8:00 pm) that someone would be in touch next day. And someone did…I got a call saying BB would like to do what they could to improve my experience and would like to waive or reimburse me for the extra $25.00. They were so kind. I don’t think I had ever written to a CEO before…My frig is now connected and I am an even bigger fan of Best Buy than I was before …for their lovely gesture and for their kindness.

Great Refrigerator!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am happy with this fridge. I’ve had trouble finding a refrigerator with a configuration that I like. This one allows me to put 13x9” pans on the shelf easily and has plenty of room for other items. It’s easy to clean and looks good. The one downside is that it is on the noisier side. You definitely hear it running and you can hear the water line. If that will bother you, I wouldn’t choose this model. However, everything else is wonderful!

Very polite and helpful. The technician was able to come out with in days. There is a leak in the cooling coil. Part ordered and it should be repaired within a week. I pray that I have no other issues. I do have a 5 year extended warranty that I purchased. The icemaker makes ice very quickly! I was told also that this type if thing happens very rarely. Fingers crossed.

Posted .We are sorry to hear your unit has been noisier than expected and the freezer drawer is hard to push. We would like to help and provide some guidance for this. We would suggest reviewing the manual on the website (page 43) to find out the normal sounds your unit should make. Regarding the freezer door, always check to ensure not to fill the baskets higher than the rim of the basket. This may cause baskets to stick or jam when opening or closing.
