I'm very happy with my "garage ready" refrigerator. Working very well! I just wish the door handles had been installed. I'm a senior citizen female that will have to hire someone to do this for me. The delivery person said it's up to the customer. I've never had a refrigerator delivered with no doors. So even though I'm happy with the fridge, I'm not happy with the lack of customer service.

I was so excited to get my fridge and for the movers to haul away my old fridge, but that happiness went away when the movers charged me an extra $40(CASH)to bring my fridge in because it required a little lifting over the steps and then they didn't haul away the old fridge.....really disappointed with that but my fridge is working great

Excellent customer delivery service. Item is a simple large capacity refrigerator; perfect for the price and makes a great second refrigerator , if you need one

I'm on my second one in three months... nothing but problems trying to keep the temperature stabilized and cold. First GE fridge wouldn't stay cooler than upper 40's, food spoiled. Returned that one, on my second fridge, now the freezer won't maintain near zero... keeps hovering in the 10 to 20F. Ice cream soft... not good. Also, FYI... I bought the geek squad 3yr protection plan... pretty much useless... they just transfer you over to GE, big hassle.

I seem to have received a defective unit, as the freezer does not get cold enough to keep ice cream frozen, even on the coldest setting. Through my own fault, I didn't investigate this with a thermometer and examining each setting until past the exchange window. I'm going through GE for warranty and hope they'll be able to offer a swift fix. Don't make the same mistake I did and be diligent about monitoring temperatures from day 1. It seems there are a lot of lemons based on these reviews.

It took a long time to get to temperature (over 12 hrs) and is VERY loud when it’s running.

Glass freezer shelf was stuck. When ice maker was installed the tech said not to worry about it as it was in the right place. Two weeks later the glass shelf exploded. GE sent a new shelf but it wouldn't slide in. GE had a tech come out and he found that the right side of the freezer was bulged in. GE is replacing the frige and icemaker .

I finally bit the bullet and got this fridge after throwing out gallons of spoiled milk. Needless to say, I’m not wasting money on milk anymore. Fridge keeps both ice cream and milk at the perfect temperature. Delivery was great. I received multiple communications regarding when the fridge would arrive. It arrived on time and the delivery men were great. If you’re looking for a simple fridge that does the job, I recommend this one.

This is an additional refrigertor for our family and this refrigertor runs too much and is loud. It runs more than our LG refrigertor. I should have returned for another refrigerator.

Refrigerator is roomy, freezer shelf can be adjusted in level height. And the one drawer on top shelf in fridge can move to either sides, left, right or middle if needed for next shelf for bigger items.

The rack could have been arranged better! It's either to low or too high.

One month of use and very pleased overall. Very spacious freezer and durable shelving. The refrigerator produce drawers are very low to the floor and it takes some getting used to compared to our old refrigerator. The stainless steel finish is beautiful and pleased with the deep dark gray colored sides (nearly black). Shelving is sturdy and easy to clean. Extremely quiet motor. Did not include egg, butter, or ice trays/holders. It is a nice looking appliance that fits nicely in the limited height space area in our kitchen.

This purchase was for our Butler Pantry and it serves the purpose.

I love it. It has the room and shelf line-up I was used to in my old refrigerator, and it keeps everything at the right cold temperature. It is easy to clean, and I like the stainless-steel surface, The installation went without a hitch with Jose and Emerson working very effectively as a team. Really enjoying my new GE refrigerator!

got at a great price on thanksgiving. delivered in 2 days but the bottom shelf on the door was cracked! wasn't labeled as a blem. maybe they just didn't inspect it as well as they should have? Contacted best buy & got the replacement shelf 1/6... that's over a month so a couple of stars dropped for that.

I didn't realize they made a refrigerator that was designed for the garage. It is much different configuration so it is taking some time getting used to it. You have to be careful when you open the drawers to make sure you don't knock over a taller item. Doors don't seem to stay closed as easy as our last twenty year old refrigerator. We are having a hard time regulating the temperature.
