Good fridge, having the water dispenser inside is weird, but overall good

Purchased a new home with side by side refrigerator, it was awful! Due to the cabinets and counter, we had to work with a specific width and the LG was was one the few contenders to choose from. I like the door alarm feature a lot. The freezer can hold pizzas and other types of quick type meals. The fridge portion is nice size and I like that it does not have a water feature on the outside of the door, it has a little spout on the inside and does not take away from storage space or make the door bulky. It is a solid appliance and a great purchase!

I love the refrigerator but the delivery was terrible my husband had too hook everything up and the delivery person could not speak English this is not a way this should have gone

I love having the freezer on the bottom, sure does a great job keeping the dog hair out of the fridge and the freezer. Love that if you don't have it closed all the way it beeps at you. Lots of room in this product, love the style, color and price.

Made purchase through phone and e-mail with Best Buy expert customer service represnative. I was told a needed a water line attachment to complete the purchase. A few days later I received the refrigerator by a third party company who said they couldn't hook-up the included water line because mine line was copper. I was NEVER informed by Best Buy or asked if I had this copper line when ordering . The third party delivery people called there company and Best Buy warehouse people of the problem. I also called Best Buy Geek Squard and we alled talked together to resolve. I showed the third party delivey people all the frozen and refrigerator food I had in boxes from the old refrigerator. I also told the Best Buy represenative this and he said it would be taken care of. The delivery people pluged in the refrigerator took pictures, and said not to use for at least five hours. I found a plumber to knew how to connect Best Buy's water hose to my exesting copper line. I had to pay $100.00 to the plumber and lost $300.00 in food. I notified Best Buy again of this problem with a previous review and added my contact e-mail and phone number. This purchase was made on 4-7-25 and delivered on 4-10-25. I am still waiting from this day of 5-2-25 from any responce from Best Buy for promised compensation by Geek Squard represenative on 4-10-25

This refrigerator is the perfect size in our kitchen. The water dispenser takes some time to be get used to but I prefer this over an outside the fridge water and ice dispenser as most of them start having problems wiin 2-3 years.

Just moved in to my new built house and all my appliances are GE, however they did not provide Fridge so I had to buy one that match everything I have. I love what I got, simple and easy to clean, spacious enough for us. I thought there is no water dispenser but it has which is inside the fridge, which is great and good buy too.

This was my first French door frig. I love it. Recommended it to my sister and now she has one in white. Only complaint is the handles show dirt easily and the handle on the freezer is loosening and I don’t see any way of tightening it

We went from a top of the line refrigerator that cost over $3,000 at best buy 10 years ago to this which cost half the price. We had too many problems with lg and also with the water and ice dispenser on the door. This has the water inside and ice in the freezer. We did have a problem with the refrigerator making a loud noise which I saw on other reviews. I immediately contacted best buy and they came and switched out with another one and it worked great. Surprisingly this one has so much more functionality room even though its smaller than our lg. It has been great and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we had to get a second one due to the noise.

We haven't had this very long but so far so good! I like the looks of this product and it is very quiet. I also like the water dispenser inside. Some reviews people complained they didn't like that but i have no problem with it. Saves me from buying bottled water!

Love this fridge, the doors have much more space than I expected. The only bad thing about it is the ice maker is noisy.

Replaced a two door bottom freezer refrigerator. I really like the French doors and the arrangement of shelves. The ice maker produces ice faster.

Definitely an upgrade from our out dated model. Plenty of room and the ice maker in the freezer works well. No frills, bells or whistles here but it had a lot of space as looks good in the kitchen. Can be a touch loud but not bad.

Love the refrigerator on the top. So much space. The freezer on the bottom makes great ice and has plenty of space for our needs. We hope it lasts as long as our last refrigerator. 28 years?
