A very nice Dishwasher, very quiet and I love the front controls. It cleans well and I love the way the dishes stack, it holds a lot of various dishes. The only thing I would have liked would be trim pieces for the sides, since I could not install the dishwasher as far inside my cabinets as the instructions said.

Very easy to use it. Dishes are very clean. Stains steel is just perfect and easy to cleaning. I will recommend this purchase as one of the best i tried.

We live in a condo and find that it is relatively quiet and a perfect size for the unit. I forget it’s on at times. The machine is easy to clean although you may need something a little stronger than dishwashing cleaner. We use a degreaser. Just check the filter about once a week and make sure you keep it snapped into place.

I'd say 2 stars, but BB classifies 2-stars as "fair", while my experience so far is better classified as "poor" (1-star)". Original installation team did not connect the water hose properly, which caused a massive amount of water damage to the cabinet under the sink. To their credit, BB sent a new team to fix the issue/properly install the dishwasher (albeit almost a full week after original installation). The dishwasher has been working properly since. I appreciate BB appropriately taking a certain amount of money off my purchase. The reason this review remains a 1 star is because I still have not received confirmation of a damage claim being opened up. The cabinet beneath the kitchen sink is not functional. It's been over 2 weeks since the BB support agent said that a claim would be opened within 5 business days. The BB agents have been kind and responsive over the phone, which I appreciate. Will be happy to amend my review once the damage claim is processed and resolved

The unit gets the dishes clean and it’s quiet. I’m disappointed in the amount of plastic parts used. The latch that holds the door shut is plastic and the door doesn’t seem to have that solid click shut sound that makes me think it will last. I am very disappointed in the kickplate. It comes with two plastic caps that have to be pushed onto a piece of metal to hold it in place. They are easily bent and difficult to push on when trying to install them… and installation instructions on how to do it, if I was doing it wrong, were lacking. I guess for the money some people might think it is a good deal but coming from an era where appliances were built to last, I am a wee bit disappointed.

dishwasher is easy to use, quite. only negative is the the setup on bottom rack and not able to load as many dishes as I could in my 20 year old dishwasher

Replaced our GE dishwasher with this one, Could tell instantly that the new dishwasher is not made with the same quality as old one, the drying feature on new dishwasher is terrible, turned up drying, which made whole cycle over 3 hr,, and not much better. i dont see this dishwasher lasting very long. disappionted

Lots of space in bottom rack for dishes,limited space for utensils. Top rack has odd spacing between rows for glasses; does not take medium tall wineglasses. Drying function not optimim.

I just purchased this dishwasher from Best Buy and couldn't be happier. The service to install is timely, you get a call in advance when on the way. The white color complements my kitchen and GE operates quietly. Overall a fantastic purchase.

Dishwasher is fine, but delivery and setup fees were almost as much as the unit itself. So much for paying for Total Tech yearly! Very disappointing and we will rethink buying anything from Best Buy in the future, as we have spent thousands over the last 10 years there. Total Tech is a total surprise ripoff.

long wash time 2.5 hours, need a blanket or insulation to keep sound low. Very pleased with performance. Disappointed instruction to install was detailed but no instruction on operating. Have not yet checked website nor youtube

A more secure seperate door handle should be in future designs. Good buy at the sale price. Pickup was quick and easy.

Bought to replace an older GE model that malfunctioned. This one has a design problem with the top rack. It can easily come out of machine whether loaded or empty. This is a real hazard.

Had to replace dishwasher that stopped working and needed specific color - this one is a perfect match and does the job better than the predecessor. It is quieter as well. Installed it myself - was pretty easy thing to do.

Super quick and easy install! Dishwasher is easy to use. Takes 1.5 hours or less for normal loads which is very convenient! Definitely recommend!

Haven’t received the order yet. Was supposed to be on 12/13. Not in yet and no updated date. Will provide review of dishwasher whenever we actually receive it.

Using for a month. Takes longer to cycle than old dishwasher but cleans much better. Haven't got everything to dry yet. Tried highest heat setting. Not bad overall.
