Order arrived a day earlier than expected. When I experienced a small problem, it was taken care of immediately and the service person couldn't have been nicer. All in all, I give Best Buy and their employees an A+ rating and I will certainly do business with them in the future.

The feedback link in my email did not function. However, the installation of my new dishwasher was a pleasure. There were some challenges under the sink because this house is new to me. But the young man handled everything, documented everything, and even laughed at my jokes. Thanks PSeeger

Posted .We'd like like to help out with cleaning and drying performance of your unit. We recommend checking to make sure that your inlet water temperature is reaching 120°F at minimum. This will help ensure the detergent and food residue it completely dissolved. It will also help with the drying performance. You will also want to use a high quality detergent for the best results. For boosting the drying performance, you can use a dedicated rinse aid. This will help prevent spots and allow water to sheet off the dishes more easily. For additional troubleshooting, you can view our articles titled "Dishwasher - Poor Drying" and "Dishwasher - Not Washing Properly" on our GE Appliances website.
