So far so good. Big improvement from our previous GE dishwasher and a lot quieter. Opted for this one since it has a stainless steel interior.
Bad way of conducting business . No in store phone

The process of getting a non damaged dishwasher was awful. You can not talk to the store employees by phone. Had one person that was no help at all on the phone ( She said she was in India) Had others that was helpful . It took a month to get it. My husband says Best Buy just lost him as a customer because of customer service. I have had the dishwasher for less than a month but it is working as it should.
We are sorry to hear about the delay in replacing your washer. We're confident that this dishwasher is going to serve you for many years to come. In the future, if you need assistance with your order, we recommend contacting Best Buy directly at 1-888-237-8289.

It works ok for a year now, could be quieter but not bad, only thing mounting tabs are made out of super weak metal which bends too easy

I really like the look of the new dishwasher and all of its features. My previous GE dishwasher was 26 years old and was still working just fine. Thought it was time to upgrade so I bought another GE dishwasher. Still learning how to use it but so far, so good.

I've had this GE dishwasher for just over a month now, and I couldn't be happier with it. It works great-my dishes have never been this clean! I especially love the bottle jets, which are perfect for deep-cleaning water bottles and other narrow items. The top drawer is another standout feature-super convenient for loading silverware and
smaller items.
It runs quietly, looks sleek in the kitchen, and gets the job done without any hassle. Honestly, it's one of the best dishwashers I've owned. Highly recommend

We've had the dishwasher for one month now. It cleans really well and the dishes come out dry too. I really like the third rack for utensils. The middle shelf adjusts easily enough.
My one minor complaint with it so far is that one of the front wheels on the bottom rack has popped off a couple of times when either pulling the rack out or pushing it back in. I haven't yet figured out what causes it (besides a not-optimal design?).
Since its happened a couple of times to us, we are hyper aware of it now, watching to see if it happens again so that maybe we can figure this out and change our interaction. We shouldn't have to worry about this - which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

The item was delivered and installed correctly. The delivery people were ok, but the third person installing was harassing my employee and asking if we had money in the office. She had to go and lock herself in a room until they were gone

Replaced my older GE dishwasher with this one. I have used it about 3 or 4 times. I like the 3rd shelf for larger kitchen tools that don't fit in the silverware holder.

More than a place to hide the breakfast dishes before washing, this GE dishwasher does the job of cleaning and sanitizing my dishes while its sleek looks add to the decor of my kitchen.

I couldn't be happier with this dishwasher. It’s incredibly quiet—even during the heavy-duty cycle, it’s barely noticeable. The cleaning performance is excellent; every dish, glass, and utensil comes out spotless and dry, even when I skip rinsing beforehand. The adjustable racks make it easy to fit oddly shaped pots and pans, and the stainless steel finish looks great in my kitchen. I also appreciate the energy-efficient design—it saves water and electricity without sacrificing performance. Overall

Cleans very good. Very quiet compared to LG I previously had. The room on 2 & 3rd racks were much more than LG’s, and the spacing of the plates, glasses rows are very convenient. Haven’t had a chance to use jet wash for cups/glasses/smoothie containers yet. And I bought this as an open-box dishwasher!!!

Good dishwasher i got it installed and then realized the third rack came without a back stopper so whenever i pulled it out it would fall out of the dishwasher i called GE and they mailed it to me easy install after that it’s been a great dishwasher

Very quiet. Cleans dishes beautifully whether using Cascade Gel Complete OR Cascade’s best pods. I set it for 1 hour clean with the “normal” drying time of 1 hour. Total time about 2 hours.
