Very good product and no issues so far.no noice and clean perfect

I just picked up this dishwater yesterday, buying the NEW one not open box. I opened it, I saw water & mold inside it. The fliter is dirty as well, I am so disappointed. I even checked my order to see if I ordered it by mistake as open box, but I ordered a NEW one and didnt get it

Delivered a damaged product and customer service just transferring me to another one again and again and the answer is always “sorry but we can’t handle it”. The leg bent, and the leg support screw can’t work properly. The screw hole is damaged

They only delivered it and did not install it- are they coming back to install it ?

It does its job. The dishes come out clean. The first one we bought was heating up the counter, especially during the headed dry cycle, so we ordered a replacement. No hassle at all with the replacement process. The new one is better. It does still heat up the counter more than my previous dishwasher, but within tolerance limit. I think it is because there is hardly any insulation material around it. My previous dishwasher had a thick insulation padding. The available height in the bottom rack is a tad low for my preference, and there is no accessory to securely place wine glasses. Both these are a downgrade compared to my previous GE dishwasher. But these are minor problems. Overall works fine after 3 months use.

Had this dishwasher installed about a month ago. It is reasonably quiet overall, not whisper quiet when water is filling but otherwise very quiet. Door feels a bit light compared to my previous one. Works well and gets the dishes clean. Drying works well, except on flat items in the top (3rd) rack, but I am not surprised that water would pool on those.

The shipping box was exceptional, well protected. Good start. The install was easy as any I've done. I find the rack setup very efficient. The little 3rd shelf is great for things like spatulas, knives, and wooden spoons that usually end up somewhere you don't want them in your washer. Runs so quiet I practically had to put my ear right next to it to make sure was running. Use the right soap and settings and the dishes come out perfect and dry. Highly recommend.

I'm happy with this dishwasher, but there are a couple of things I wish were better. The first is the layout of the lower shelf. It's a weird combination, and I can't fit nearly as many dishes in as I could with my last dishwasher. The second is I wish I had gotten the one that is fingerprint free. I didn't think that would be a big deal...but it is very noticable on the stainless steel. That said, it is super quiet...and the one-hour wash cycle cleans my dishes very well. Love the 3rd shelf for knives and cup lids.

Overall, I'm very happy with this dishwasher. It offers excellent performance, runs quietly, and the dishes come out sparkling clean every time. The three-rack system is especially convenient — the top row is perfect for utensils and smaller items like lids or espresso cups, which helps free up space below. That said, the one small downside is that the top (third) rack does limit the vertical space on the second rack. It can be a bit tricky to fit larger saucers or taller glasses without adjusting or removing the top rack entirely. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to consider if you often wash larger dishes. Aside from that, the machine is efficient, easy to load, and looks great in the kitchen. The controls are straightforward, and the different cycle options make it easy to choose exactly what I need. If you're looking for a modern dishwasher with great features and solid cleaning performance, this one is definitely worth considering — just be mindful of the rack space if you have bulkier items.

I’m very impressed with this GE dishwasher. It’s incredibly quiet — I can barely hear it running, even at night. The stainless steel finish looks elegant and matches perfectly with my other appliances. Dishes, glasses and even pots come out spotless every time, thanks to the third rack and the strong drying cycle. The controls are simple and intuitive, and the LED indicator is a nice touch. After using it for a few weeks, I can confidently say it was worth every dollar. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and beautiful dishwasher!

Very happy with this dishwasher and professional installation service. The dishwasher cleans & dries well, is fairly quiet and has a nicely designed control panel. You can purchase the same model for similar price at any of the big stores but Best Buy provides the best in-store experience. You feel like you are talking to well informed, attentive and honest sales team members.

We are very happy with our purchase. The associate recommended this dishwasher after we explained what features we wanted and within our price range. There was a small issue with the unit and we went back to Best Buy directly to discuss. The associate understood our concern and reviewed the photos. He scheduled a technician to come back out and remove the unit and replace with another brand new unit at no extra cost to us. Very happy with the customer service and no hassle return exchange.

The Dishwasher has washed the dishes nicely. I haven't used the top rack yet, but like the feature. There is also a bottle feature I haven't used, but nice to have for washing bottles.

The process of getting a non damaged dishwasher was awful. You can not talk to the store employees by phone. Had one person that was no help at all on the phone ( She said she was in India) Had others that was helpful . It took a month to get it. My husband says Best Buy just lost him as a customer because of customer service. I have had the dishwasher for less than a month but it is working as it should.

Looks good, runs well, but came missing a few pieces (plugs, finishing screws, etc) which is annoying considering I bought it brand new.

It works ok for a year now, could be quieter but not bad, only thing mounting tabs are made out of super weak metal which bends too easy

I bought this dishwasher based on the reviews that it was quiet, had a top third rack, and did a great job washing dishes thoroughly. I’ve had it about 3 weeks and overall it’s been pretty good, but it is not quiet. My older one was way quieter. It does a nice job washing, but the dishes are wet afterwards so the drying isn’t the greatest, even on the 2-hour dry boost setting. This would probably be helped by purchasing Rinse-Aid, but I refuse to spend more money on chemicals. The layout of the second rack’s tray and pegs isn’t helpful for bowls, they kind of slide around. The door and racks are also extremely lightweight, I almost snapped the door off opening it the first time. The highlight for me is the top rack, where I can put spatulas and kitchen knives. To sum up, this is a good buy and I got it on sale, but if it hadn’t been on sale I would have paid the extra $ and gone with a better quality machine, like a Bosch.

The dishwasher is awesome, it’s very quiet and user friendly. Very affordable and definitely get what I paid for. I’m so pleased with this product and the professional services from Best Buy

A normal was/dry cycle take 3 hours. That is with using the boost for drying. The dishes never get fully dry. It is nice and quite.

GE is still one of the best in appliances. Waited for an entire year for this. I remember when I was a child, we had a small GE fridge and it lasted for years. This stainless steel dishwasher if the best that we had for 21 years. Super like the 3rd rack and the warm clean sparkly dishes when the 3hr cycle is done. Thanks BestBuy!
