This definitely gets the job done, but do not load it barefoot, the door opens so low that you WILL stub your toes upon approach. I’m maybe just used to my previous washer, but it definitely seems like a design flaw. OUCH!! There should be more clearance for one’s feet! Beyond that, it also feels a bit cheaply made. Maybe that’s how all washers are these days, but I can tell this won’t last anywhere near 40 years like the one before it!

This purchase was a gift to my daughter and son-in-law as a replacement when their dishwasher died.

I gave my Dishwasher 3 stars because it does an excellent cleaning of the dishes but what I don't like about it is the controls are on top of machine and i keep hitting controls by mistake should be in front not on top and the controls and not user friendly cannot get them to work .

My dishwasher quit right before family members were coming for Christmas. I was able to talk through with the Best Buy representative the selection of under the counter washers, differences and prices. I was also lucky that the GE 24" washer could be delivered and installed in just a couple days. It is a quiet machine, drys well and cleans the dishes well. What I have to get used to is the senfitive control bar which I've accidently touched and changed the cycles. I'm getting used to it and have been so thankful to have a Best Buy closeby, a helpful sales person and the quick response by all involved so that the holidays could proceed without an inconvenience.

This is not expensive, but very efficient unit. I would recommend it to my friends.

Takes over 3 hours for a normal wash, but cleans and dries sufficiently. It has an actual drying element unlike many other models that customers complain fail to dry the disware, especially plastic pieces. My old GE profile dishwasher worked better but some of its leds stopped working so I decided on this replacement. I always rinse off food debris before loading dishware so not sure how well this model works with dried on food, but most don't work so I always rinse. Got this on sale for about $530.

The dishwasher works excellent a great deal when compared to a nine hundred dollar plus unit. Too bad the item was missing the instructions and the installation components. Worse yet Best Buy customer service agent was unable to help me and instructed me to go to a brick-and-mortar store for assistance even-though I purchased the item on line. Very frustrating and disappointing. I bought the missing components from Amazon.

This dishwasher is pretty good for the most part. I got it on sale for $550 on 2/4/24. I only have 1 complaint and it's that it doesn't get the dishes dry after the cycle is done. You will want to have a towel near by when unloading it as you will have to wipe down most of the dishes in the load. We have it on the max dry setting and it still doesn't get the dishes dry. Otherwise it's super quite and runs great so far a month into using it.

So far, this dishwasher has performed much better than expected. It's quiet compared to the unit it replaced which was rated to be quieter, however that unit was a little over 14 years old. It does an excellent job cleaning and drying the dishes! Better than my previous drying plastics. If you're handy with a screwdriver, pliers and can read simple directions then it'll be a breeze to install. Don't forget to purchase an electrical cord, it doesn't come with one??? Overall, we're very pleased with this purchase as I believe anybody else who gets one.

1 month in and initial impression is that this is an excellent dishwasher. Easy to install, easy to use, incredibly quiet and does a great job cleaning dishes. Love the stainless steel interior and exterior and the 3rd rack and adjustable drawers are very useful.

The cleaning preformance of this maching is outstanding, very please with the product.

The dishwasher works fine and meets our needs. The delivery process was terrible. The window of time for delivery is all day. Even with that amount of time, our delivery was cancelled despite me having taken a day off.

Is a very good product. Controls are a little difficult to set up

This dishwasher is so much quieter than our old Whirlpool. We actually had to check it to make sure it was working, it's that quiet. I did the installation myself in less than 2 hours. I'm not really sure the 3rd rack is necessary. So far I haven't found much that will fit on it.

I bought this dishwasher to replace an LG that died after 3 years and multiple repairs. I have had it about a month now. I liked this dishwasher much better than the LG. The third row rack is really nice to have for long utensils and tumbler lids. I love the the bottle cleaner for dishes that have stuck on food. A cycle does take longer then other dishwashers I've had, but I end up with really clean dishes.

It cleans great and the best thing is that it's so quiet! With my old dishwasher, I had to turn up the TV when it was running. With the new one, I have to turn the TV down to hear if it's running. It's an awesome machine!!!
