I do love this dishwasher!! I really like the slate color. Sure seems to get my dishes cleaner than my old dishwasher and the tub is bigger. The tub is stainless steal and always looks clean inside.

I forget that it is running. Extremely quiet and easy to use. Lots of loading features for different dishes and cooking tools. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was rear wheels rather than pads (feet) to slide into place for easier installation.

I went from a dishwasher of 55 decibels to this one at 48 decibels... that has to be my favorite thing so far. I can't hear it when its running! But also, my dishes are thoroughly cleaned! Its easy to load and operate. So I'm very happy!

very quiet dishwaher..first few times I had to put my head down near it to see if it was running. Does very well with soiled dishes and great drying. Very happy with my purchase.

Moved into our new home and shortly thereafter the dishwasher died. Off to Best Buy and salesman suggested this unit. Knows his stuff. Didn't realize how awful the old dishwasher was - you could hear it throughout the main floor. This unit is quiet - sometimes I'm questioning if it's running while in the kitchen. Cleans baked pans. It's only negative point is the length of the cycles - normal wash can take near an hour. Worry just how much water it's going through. I'd still but it again.

Love the slate color and the inside space of this dishwasher. This item was also covered under GE's rebate program, so if you are shopping for new appliances, the slate color is awesome, wait for Best Buy sales (ie. Buy during big holiday ad times, and ask about The GE rebate offer). Being patient could save hundreds or allow you to trade up a little. Not sure why more slate color options are not available from other companies, so this was a big selling point besides the product quality.

Does great job cleaning dishes. The slate finish is easy to keep clean. Matches with the other stainless appliances because it is by itself.

This dishwasher is so quiet. The heated drying cycle and the food grinder are the reasons that I chose this model. It works great. Dishes are dry without any food particles redeposited on them.

The dishwasher is large and well configured which holds a large amount of dish ware. The dishwasher cleans very nicely and has a steam function which I really like. Dishes are sanitized and dry when the cycle is over.

Very quiet dishwasher and the darker slate stainless steel resists fingerprints.

I have never owned a dishwasher. This one is very nice. It runs quietly and has great features.

Cleans well, quite and greatures including the top or bottom only wash. Easy to install too..

bought a GE fridge and wanted other appliances to match. I chose this one for the decibel rating - so glad I did. It's so quiet, at first we had to open it to see if it was really running!! things come out very clean- works as advertised so far- we're only into the first month.

We purchased the GE 24" Tall Tub built in dishwasher to replace the 20 year old GE dishwasher (updating the kitchen). We hated to remove our old GE dishwasher because it had worked so well, but with this new dishwasher, we have had no problems at all. Works really well, cleans dishes well, with no issues, and very, very quiet. We appreciate the ability to move the upper dish tray down to fit the tall wine glasses. Our old dishwasher made a lot of noise when cleaning, so I really had no idea how much I appreciate the dishwasher running quiet during a load now. We have had our new dishwasher now for about three to four months.

We are so happy with our new dishwasher! It is so quiet that I had to keep checking that it was running. The dishes comes out so clean and it holds a lot of dishes! Really love that you can run just the top rack as we use a lot of glasses and bowls.

I have had this dishwasher for a year now. It is very quiet, easy to use and best of all cleans our dishes very well even though we don't always rinse them thoroughly before putting them in the dishwasher. No issues, no complaints.

I can't get over how silent this machine is. It's incredible. I love how spacious it is. I also love the top rack holder for wine glasses. The slatted silver wear container is also brilliant.

So far, I really like the dishwasher. I used to have to turn the volume up on my TV when I ran my old dishwasher because it was so loud. This one is so quiet I have no idea that it is even running. The only way I know it is done is the indicator light on the front!

Lots of silverware slots ...like to think separation makes for cleaner silverware. Plenty of room everywhere. Lots of settings for washing as well as drying including delayed start.

Best feature is very quiet operation. If you open the door while it is running, you need to specifically act to restart it - not just close the door again. If you want dry dishes you need to select heated dry. The rinse function does not really exist so a short wash without soap has to suffice. If placed properly in the dishwasher, the dishes do get clean in the first wash. Nonetheless, the machine should overcome several of the shortcomings of earlier models concerning filtering out material.
