Ice maker has not changed in 15 years and nowadays I guess no one drinks 12 ounce cans since it didn't come with that shelf.

The shelves are clear and highly configurable. The best feature is the ice maker. It dispenses whole ice cubes, not the pieces my old one did.

The ice maker bin has a screw that empties it from the bottom so it doesn't create a large block of ice over time like my last ice maker.

My main disappointment is the refrig door when opened (halfway) swings wide open as opposed to slowly closing as my previous GE refrig did. Was told by installers that's the way they are made now. Have a hard time believing this. So if you open half way and you walk away temporarily the door swings wide open which is a poor design considering my previous GE closed slowly. Makes for more energy use.
