A little small on the freezer side but the refrigerator is great. I like that the ice maker is not too bulky

I just received this refrigerator a few days ago. The only complaints I have is that the ice maker sounds like gun shots and the wheels don' t lock. On the plus side, the price was great and it isn't difficult to use.

The woman who waited on me was amazing! I was in and out with exactly what I wanted very fast. I am happy with Best Buy and the purchase

Love, love, LOVE this fridge. We’ve lived so long with a bottom freezer, and it’s so much nicer having a side by side again where we can find everything. Would highly recommend!

The worst experience I have ever had. The delivery date was screwed up. Then the refrigerator was not working. Supposed to fix the door electronics the next week. They cancelled that appointment. Called for some kind of information and talked to someone I could not understand. She said they would replace the refrigerator in another month. I canceled the entire sale and they are picking it up next week. Since then we have gotten a new one in two days from another business.

Nice amount of storage space. The height and demensions are just what I needed, so far,so good.

Bought this for our other renovated house to sell. We have all GE kitchen appliances for our house and so far they are good.

We are enjoying our refrigerator. We are still extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service from Geek Squad and the fact that we had to install the appliance ourselves due to their lack of skill and that is not something easy to forget. We will definitely think twice about purchasing an appliance from Best Buy unless we are able to install it ourselves.

Nice to finally have a fridge that works. Hopefully it will last longer than the last one we had.

I love the many features especially the one where I can get crushed ice and water without opening the refrigerator. Also I like the alarm that lets you know that the door was left open.

We've been satisfied with the fridge itself, but the newly-introduced RFID chip they've installed in the water filters is a scam and a half. They're charging $50 EACH for the filters, which they recommend replacing every 6 months, and the fridge will not dispense water if the chip isn't present or doesn't very that the filter is OEM. Identical filters without the chip are about $10 each. If you buy this fridge, you'd better also factor in recurring expenses that are 5x higher than they should be for the life of the fridge.

This refrigerator was one of the few available during this time and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. The delivery was smooth and the ice machine works great!

Great fridge for the price. However, careful when you empty the ice bin for the 1st time. It was FULL and ice went everywhere! Best to use a container to empty some through the hopper.
