I absolutely love my new refrigerator! It meets all my expectations for storage, efficiently and style!

Due to the location of the water filter, the top shelf uses way too much space which leaves less space for the other shelves.
The door has very nice large bins, but they come at the cost of the interior which is more important. It feels like it can hardly fit anything.
Most annoying, the new XWFE water filter. This is identical to the XWF. The only difference is that they added an RFID chip to it. So now you cannot get aftermarket filters for $10-$20, you must get the $50 name brand.

After 14 months the door alarm/refrigerator door switch went out and the alarm would not stop beeping loudly without unplugging the fridge and there is no way to override it. It beeps l24/7 thus we have to leave it unplugged. Have a Best Buy service plan but they can't come out for almost 2 weeks. Going to buy a replacement fridge from Lowes and never purchase another GE or appliance from Best Buy.

It has plenty of room in both the freezer and refrigerator. Shelves are well set up and there is lots of room and height in the doors. The ice maker is fast and productive.

If it was not as noisy it would be better, but it is making the same noise that our other one make before it stopped working. So if it stops working we will not be back at your store.

This was the worst purchase!! One star is too much praise. The refrigerator rolled when you opened the door. There were no”feet”. We were not told about this when making the purchase. The refrigerator was delivered in a non functioning state. It was warmer inside the refrigerator than inside my house! The freezer did not work. It stayed at 55 degrees!!
We set it to 0 and it never got cold! The worst experience with an appliance!!

We're sorry to hear that you've had this experience with this refrigerator. We know how important it is to have a model that cools properly. It is advised to place a small piece of wood below the rollers of your unit to keep it from rolling and to allow 24 hours for the unit to cool to the set temperature. Had it now for over a month and the dispensed water isn't very clean. It looks cloudy.
