Very well designed and authentic GE refrigerator. All the features are purposefully made. Had a GE for almost 21 years. Expecting this to last just as long or longer. I trust GE. Got it open box and couldn’t leave it in the store. Excellent buy. Customer service was awesome at the store and online.

Cons: The LED lighting is a little dim and the light in the top takes away from the space on that shelf. Ice maker makes a little noise. Pros: a lot of space in freezer and refrigerator, easy to use, good drawer space. Overall, we love the refrigerator.

I had another GE refrigerator, but it was the newer kind with the freezer on bottom. I was tired of reaching down to grab stuff from the freezer, so I decided to buy another side-by-side GE refrigerator. I'm glad I did, and my family appreciates the ease of use of this refrigerator. It's so much easier to get things out of the freezer now.

I am a first-time refrigerator buyer. The first one another name brand I had for about a week and was not pleased. Went back to Best Buy and was able to pick out another one because I was not pleased with the quality. Picked this fridge, I have had it for about a month and we are pleased no complaints would recommend it to another person

We like the fridge a lot. Our only complaints are that the light does not come on immediately when the door is opened and the ice does not come out quickly. The color/finger print proof exterior is fantastic!

Replaced a 3 year old GE refrigerator that had several problems. I've had this one almost a year and am pleased so far with everything about it. My old refrigerator worked fine for a couple years before it started to have problems. Hope this one works well for many years.

We purchased this to replace our 12 year old GE side by side. It has more capacity than our previous fridge and it works well with just a gentle humming noise which is not out of place. Purchase delivery and installation all went well with Best Buy keeping us up to speed with progress.

Have only had it for a week so far, but this is a good refrigerator. The inside has plenty of space, the water in door is good, and the ice maker works good too. Dispenses water and ice with ease. The individual temperature controls are a nice feature as well. It looks nice as well, got the white model.

Adequate frige & freezer space overall, for 25 cu.ft. size. More frige shelf position choices than other brands. I Like the 2 baskets in freezer, as well as the glass shelves there. Light fixtures in both compartments could be more compact and smaller, maybe recessed, to use less food storage space. Modify Dome light in frige and rear light in freezer, for example. Ice makers in other brands offer more usable shelf space with ice stored in door with dispenser. Butter compartment cover open resting position not back far enough to prevent unintended closing. Best I could find considering "tradeoffs", but sorry to lose my 12 year previous brand/model.

The matte gray surface looks great and is fingerprint resistant. Flexible layout, though the three door model with bottom freezer is likely better design - more costly too. Still adjusting to the many new sounds of operation.

This fridge is great! Got it to replace an older model of the same fridge and this one is working flawlessly. Setup was initially difficult because I hate reading the manual, but once I read it, it was a breeze. Also, the fridge feels sturdy and seems like it will last for a long time.

I think that Best Buy needs to stop using their banner as if people are actually buying from you, they are not, Pacific Kitchen and Home are the ones selling this. Even your own customer service team could not help me and to top it all off it appears that the delivery service is a third company. What a train wreck this has been. Just be honest with people buying this stuff.
