Thanks Best Buy for sending me this to review since I got the refrigerator and it was scratched so it was carried right back out and I’m still waiting for a new one!!! Best Buy said I shouldn’t have to wait long for a new one but here we are- waiting 3 weeks! Customer service said they have plenty- but none near you! So I’ll review the fridge when I get it!!

We asked that upon delivery it was to be cleaned up. It was not. The VP Elkhorn store manager was fantastic and took care of the problem immediately. The 1-800 number was no use.

I just don't know who to contact as there has been no follow up after the guys scratched the door when putting it together at our house. We also have the plastic bag like material stuck in the freezer door and a few other places and can't get it out. My husband was told the door would be replaced however no one has contacted us. My husband reminded me again that I needed to follow up on this so I'm leaving it in a review today.
