Purchased this double wall oven to replace a 24+ year old one that was having issues. The oven is very easy to use and controls both ovens effectively. Gave it an overall rating of 4 based on Quality issues. If you look at the picture of the oven rack, the racks have a dark coating with white speckles. Looking at the back of the rack, there are two spots on the back of the rack that are not coated. This is on all four racks in the same general location. Looked at GE oven at several other retailers and the racks have the same issue in the same general location. This looks like a generic issue with the rack coating process at the supplier. The racks are probably suspended at those points during the coating application and curing process. That would result in those points not getting coated.

Love my double oven. Perfect addition to our kitchen. Not sure how I ever lived without it. Amazing to be able to cook multiple items simultaneously.

Our old oven finally gave out after 35 years and bought this GE Double oven. My wife loves how easy it is to use.

Everything was perfect. The double wall oven was a welcome addition to our kitchen. Delivery was prompted and expertly installed. Pleased with everything

I love my double oven. Installer was great! I love baking and it makes it so easy!

We purchased this oven and the racks would not come out without strong pulls. The racks scratched deeply the sides of the oven. They replaced the oven and the racks were the same. They ordered replacement racks and they wouldn’t even go in. Racks should move smoothly in and out. We have had a GE double oven for 50 Years so this was very disappointing.

This GE oven replaced one that we have been using for 35 years. I'm a baker so it got a lot of use. I was concerned that the new one would disappoint. It has been great so far. I wanted something that wasnt over engineered. It does a wonderful job with everything that I've made. I would highly recommend.

Upgrade for a 33 year old GE double oven. It seems nice but will take some getting used to since the heating elements are on top instead of the bottom. Will take time to figure things out how it works since there were no instructions with the new double oven set. Hopefully this last as long as the previous one. To bad everything has gone electronic and you can't buy ovens with mechanical knobs and switches that last.

This was a welcome value upgrade to our kitchen. It is a refined stainless steel look, adding a more modern decor to the room. it was almost a perfect replacement fit however, for a few hundred dollars they were able to accommodate the installation beyond my total tech membership coverage. I like how it cooks evenly and has a little enhanced technology that most others do not. Well worth the price. I do strongly recommend this unit as far as my two months experience with it are at this point.

I’m very pleased with this double oven. Although it’s the same exact width as my older oven, it has more interior room.

Just purchased the GE-27" Built-in Double Electric Wall Oven. I have used it 3 times since purchase and find that that in 10 minutes it raises to the desired temperature. Food is cooked evenly. Since it is a built-in oven make sure the electric connection is correct. I had an old oven whose electric connection was in the middle of the cabinet and had to call an electrician to change the connection to enable the new one to fit in the cabinet. My advice is to call a Best Buy technician so they can tell you what oven fits in your kitchen to avoid further and unnecessary costs. Other than that, the oven looks modern and the digital buttons are great. You can even connect it to wi-fi.

This unit looks great and closely matches my other appliances. Surprise: Neither oven is convection. There is no way to change the temperature without turning the oven off and resetting everything. Old unit allowed keying in new temperature without turning off everything. And setting the timer is more complicated than it should be. They should focus-group real cooks to design a more user-friendly panel.

This double oven is the best. I love it. Its has a timer fir cooking and it shuts off. I love the self cmeaning part of it as well. My son and i absolutely love it.

I researched 27" Double Electric Wall Ovens for some time before my purchase. This oven checked all the boxes for me. Ease of use and capacity are excellent.

Very nice unit. Replaced a single coven of the same manufacturer. The only issue was a circuit board that burned out after we used the autoclean. But the repair techs said this is a common occurrence on many of the new ovens with circuit boards. We replaced it and have had no issues since. Although we also avoid using the autoclean function

Wife just loves this oven, very easy to use and looks great in the kitchen. Just be careful with the install.

Replaced double wall ovens with GE and they are great. Easy to work the controls and cool beeps to let me know oven has reached the set temperature, and when the food is done if using the timer. Installation was excellent, tech had to make a slight adjustment due to the prior installation. I could tell he knew what he was doing. I will be ordering a GE dishwasher from Best Buy in the next two weeks and I hope this same tech will be the installer. Also the salesman, Patrick, in the Brighton store was a joy to work with.
