They come out soaked. We have to re run the spin and drain part of the load. Our old washer was a cheap ge washer and it was awesome. Was about 15 years old and we run 2-3 loads a day. I am very unhappy with this product.

When I took the shirt out it was still think as if I hadn't washed it at all, none had dissolved at all, plus the clothes felt like there was still a film of soap still left on clothes.

The nicest surprise was that it is narrower than my old machine and has a much larger drum. I am sure I could wash a comforter in it.
