It is a wonderful, easy to use, stove. The black glass top is gorgeous (although it does show dust and smudges), the burners heat up super quick, and the oven cooks amazingly even. There is plenty of storage in the bottom drawer (just as much as the 20+ year old oven it replaced). The only negative that I have to say is that because of the poorly designed vent placement the oven heat tends to escape into the kitchen, and the front of the stovetop heats up when the oven is on as well. Not enough to burn you, but it is a significant amount. The top inside of the storage drawer also is warm to the touch, and my pans in the drawer get warm, which I think is just a poor design. But I am very pleased with this oven, and the fact that I got a convection oven at such a great price.

What a Huge difference from the very very old coil electric range I used to have! Cooks evenly and quickly. I like the different size options. Haven't used the oven yet, so can't comment on that.

Yes I use the correct product to clean it.
