Great range that's easy on the eyes
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this oven and subsequent matching microwave about a year ago after switching from an electric convection range, and so far it has been a wonderful improvement. The burners are powerful and the powerboil option is nice, although you really need a large pan/pot when using that burner on full since the spread of the flame is so immense. The oven compartment is large and wastes less space on the bottom drawer, and the heat is evenly distributed. I initially thought the control lock would disable the oven AND cooktop burners, but it only disables the oven. I'd imagine anyone with younger children might sway from burner control knobs that are located at the front of an oven. No complaints otherwise and great to look at.

I adjusted the oven temp down about 15 degrees per the manual and it bakes perfectly. It has a great variety in burner output from high heat to a gentle simmer burner, also the controls are very precise much better than my old GE.

The delivery guy's showed up right on time, and were quick and efficient in installing the stove and removing my old one. It was really great because when I ordered the stove it was last minute, right before Thanksgiving Day. My stove was in the day before! The oven worked great fit a 20lb turkey with no problem! I thought the large stove top grates would be difficult to clean but they haven't been as big a problem as I thought! My family loves our new stove!!

Large pot burner does not get hot enough.just barely runs canner on 10 pounds pressure. can't get hot enough for 15 lbs.pressure.not good for a canner Takes a long time for right side burners to light. have to light at least one left burner first.

The right front burner is 17,000 BTU's and is a power boil burner which delivers intense heat for fast boiling. If you are having to light a left burner first before the right burners light, then we recommend cleaning the burners per the instructions in the Owner's Manual.
