I am so happy with my purchase. This is the only washing machine that I found in the past five years that actually fills to the top with water. All the rest only go halfway and do not get the soap out of your clothes. I don’t have to add extra water to in order to get the soap out of my clothes it’s perfect, I love this washing machine and the price was great

I have had GE Washers all of my life and this is the worst. I read the reviews and they said if was loud but this machine is very, very loud! Sounded like a saw or a loud grinding sound and then it left fabric softener in the bottom of the machine getting all over my clothes. Sent it back and got a LG and I am very happy with that.

So loud that something was definitely defective with the machine. I immediately called to have it replaced. I can’t comment about the quality of the washer because it was defective at delivery. Have used GE appliances for all my life and that’s why I purchased this. Best Buy quickly agreed to replace the machine.

I had the washer snd dryer set for almost 2 weeks and I returned the set. The washer had a problem with the fabric softner dispenseing at the very last minute. Once the entire load was done washing out come the fabric softener from the agitaror. The clothes come out with fabric softener as you pull it out of the washer. The setting is also set to deep fill and deep rinse and it still does it.

In the future, if you notice an issue with the detergent or softener not dispensing properly, we recommend trying out an electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER!!!!! This is the worst washer I've ever used/purchased. I have had this washer for exactly 25 days and it has a significant amount of rust in the drum and there is condensation under the washer every time it is used. The issue is not my water because I never had this issue with my previous GE washer. I called customer service and was told the rust is a cosmetic issue and their only solution was to replace the drum and "waive the trip charge as a courtesy". There should be no trip charge because I was sold a piece of junk. I told them I wanted to return it and purchase a different GE washer. I was told that was not an option. Save yourself the headache and don't purchase this!!!!
