I washed my queen-sized down comforter with no problem. I highly recommend this machine. It’s very durable and cleans clothes very well. The agitator doesn’t catch on things either.

Posted .We'd like to assist with our new washer's out of balance occurrences. It’s extremely important that the washer is properly leveled and all 4 leveling legs are firmly on an even floor space. This will help to reduce out of balance occurrences during the cycle and ensure quieter operation. Additionally, it’s important that the tub is loaded evenly, with the weight of the load equally distributed. Unbalanced loads can cause increased vibration, and therefore, cause the washer to move and/or be louder than normal. This model can wash bulky items like blankets and other bedding; however, you may need to add additional items to the tub so that an evenly distributed load can be achieved. You can find instructions on proper loading, leveling, and additional troubleshooting at the article titled “Top Load Washer – Wet Clothes Concerns” on the GE Appliances website.

Posted .Thank you for choosing us again for your home and being a loyal customer to GE Appliances. We would like to help give some guidance for the balancing issue on your unit. We advise viewing the loading instructions on page 15 of the Owner's Manual which can be found on the website. These loading instructions will help with proper drain and spinning as well as keeping the tub balanced. Also, another thing to check is to make sure that your unit is level. Page 22 in the manual will show instructions on how to level your unit. Dianna@GE Appliances

Gets the job done. I love the deep fill option and quick wash as well. All my clothes come out so clean. Will definitely recommend. 100%.

They don’t last and they don’t clean your clothes!!! I will never buy another machine that doesn’t have an agitator it’s unbelievable how much cleaner my clothes are!!!!!!

I did not know it at the time but I do not like the deep washer bowl and it has too many choices as far as all the dials etc. I needed a washing machine so I just chose one without much thot being given to it. But it was not a good decision on my part. It would have been worth it to me to fix the old one......all this is unfortunately realized in retrospect on my part! It was too expensive for me to have made such a bad decision. One thing I really don't like is the deep bowl. It's a beautiful machine as far as looking at it from the front.
