Having upgraded from a top load, I regret not making the switch sooner. While it is too early to fully assess the ventilation system's effectiveness, my clothes have never been cleaner, which is promising.

My deliver that was scheduled for 12/27/25 not so much… I received confirmation for delivery at 6:00a.m with text alerts my window was between 3 and 7 with confirmation of delivery at 3:44 by Eric… I was supposed to get up dates with any changes… I didn’t hear anything.. called customer service ended the call at 6:33 p.m with empty promises that management would get back to me within an hour… never heard from anyone… disconnected my old washer as instructed to do so… and still did not receive my new washer they told me delivery would now be Jan 3rd 2026 I am furious
