CONTINUOUSLY since the first week. I didn't get to use it for the first time after the 30 days. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. I even paid for Best Buy to hook up for me. WORST PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE!! NOT TO MENTION THE IDIOTS THAT SET IT UP DIDN'T ADJUST MY DOORS SO THEY CLASH EVERYTIME YOU OPEN. IT'S THE WORST REALLY!!

Smart washer?

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got this washer and am giving one star because i don't understand why sell, and therefore why should I have bought a smart washer when all you can do in the app is view the state of the machine. The sales people made it sound like i could do special stuff in the app. The app doesn't even let you turn on the machine so what's so smart about it. There isn't even one control function available. But something else, this just seems like it's one more thing that can go wrong with the machine.

This is my second one installed from Best Buy under warranty. It has nothing to do with the installation. The machine rattles and rocks back and forth during the spin cycle. It doesn’t matter if you have one pair of pants or a regular load of clothing, it shakes and can be heard throughout the entire house! I can’t stand it. I’m returning this trash and buying an LG or something. Hopefully it won’t have the same problem.

Waste of money

Mold growth

It started within 2 months and is just getting worse, despite our efforts to treat it. Calling Best Buy today to see what options I have.

Posted .We're glad you reached out. To help with this issue, please run a Self-Clean cycle by selecting the Self Clean feature on the control panel. The Self Clean cycle should be performed, at a minimum, once per month or about every 30-40 wash cycles. Before starting the Self Clean cycle, you'll need to pour one cup or 250 ml of liquid bleach or other washing machine cleaner into the basket. It's recommended to run a Rinse & Spin or a light color load after the Self Clean cycle. If the issue continues, please take advantage of the one year warranty by scheduling a service appointment for one of our Bodewell technicians to assess your unit.
