Bought these in July 2017 and it is SUPER loud in the spin cycle...sounds like something metal spinning as well. It is under warrant so we are going to see if this sound is normal. Love the Red color!

Both were load and had vibration issues. The GE was last on my list but should have been first. I was not expecting much and was very surprised. none of the issues that the other 2 had, very smooth, large tub and loot of options.

My only issues were (so I was told by the installers) the door hinge CANNOT be reversed on this model because of the need to seal for the steam function. This house sort of sticks me with dryer on left, washer on right, and the freakin' doors hinge against each other. Not an unworkable tragedy, but a nuisance. Next, maybe I just need more hands on with the steam refresh function but it seems a bit overrated, and I'm a little leery steaming stuff on a "high" cycle that I'd only ever dry on low. If I had it to do over I might've argued harder for not getting a red dryer and gone down a little on the features; but it gets the job done without the mystery thump the old dryer couldn't be exorcised of.
