I LOVE It works good looks good no problems easy to install good price at best buy

Only con I have is the fan makes a noise like it’s rubbing on something the first time I turned it on out of the box it’s still making the noise every time I turn it off and it’s slowing down but the unit cools the room. Well not concerned because I bought the two-year extended service.

I would have given 5 stars because its amazing; it coola off the entire first floor of my place, however it does Whistle its high pitch and annoying but besides that I am really happy with it ! If you could tell me how to stop it from whistling id be so happy!

Easy to install, everything we needed was in the box. Love the wifi control via App. You can even give it a schedule (and we do!). Straightforward unit, cools our 400ft room with zero issues, even in this blistering summer heatwave (which in our area, is the hottest in recorded history for this time of year!). Our roof gets full sun, 100% of the time.

Overall it’s been doing a great job keeping my room nice and cool. Was easy to install with no problems with the unit. I’m impressed so far and looking forward for some cool comfort in the summer with this unit.

This a/c cools the room quickly and is user friendly. I was looking for a quiet unit because it's in a bedroom. If it's set for high air flow and cool it is extremely loud. I'm a remote control person so I opted to use that and it did not come with AAA batteries.

Just bought this AC a couple days ago and I absolutely loved it. I can turn on/off my AC with my phone and set the temperature to my liking and I find this really useful. It was very easy to set up and I like that the AC automatically turns off/on when it detects that the room is cold/hot. I haven’t had any problems with the AC so far. It doesn’t take long to cool the room. Overall it’s a pretty good AC.

I bought this A/C to replace a 10,000 BTU Frigidaire window unit that died at the worst possible time (the hottest day we've had this summer so far: 102 degrees). It served me well for 20 years, so I really can't complain. I decided to go with GE this time around because I have a GE window unit in my bedroom that was purchased in 1999 (yes, you read that right) and still works as well as it did when it was brand new 26 years ago. This GE AWCS10WWB is a bit quieter than I am used to from a window unit, cools quickly and has a variety of control options including the remote, the Smart HQ app or the button controls on the front of the unit. You can also connect this A/C to a smart home hub and is Matter-enabled. With the Smart HQ app (or your smart home hub) you can see additional details like the current temperature of the room, power consumption and you can also create schedules to have the A/C turn on or off automatically. I'm very happy with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy another if needed in the future.

It cools the room well. Easy to install. I was disappointed that it lacked Apple HomeKit integration. The app works well. The energy-saving mode works by stopping the AC even if the humidity is still high.

The unit works very well and cools the room efficiently. The only complaint at this time is that water builds up in the bottom tray and is difficult to drain.

I’ve always had central air and never a window unit so for this being my first, it was easier than I expected to install and keeps things cool. It connected easily to the wifi and app. Would have been five stars if it wasn’t soo loud.

Totally fit the room I needed to cool down & it also held up to extreme temperatures of the summer months

I had to buy a A/C quick ! During the summer time . This A/C saved me and my family money and from the heat !. I would say that it cools smaller rooms better than bigger rooms. I wouldn’t recommend this specific A/C for bigger areas. But i am obsessed with the fact that you can control your A/C from your phone and you can even turn it on or off or even change the settings while your away from home !.

Needed two new AC’s older ones were not cooling like they should Put these in and I am very happy with them. They can cool my attic from 85 degrees to 69 degrees in less that one hour. Older ac took all day. I love how you can use the remote control from your phone. I would recommend getting these !!

It gets the job done, my space is kept well cooled. It's a little loud. I'm not sure how many affordable air conditioners are quiet though, so for the class it's fine. I like that it has the smart phone option to turn it in before I get home so the apartment will already be cool.

Initially had a bit of a whine but went away after a week or two. Cools very efficiently. Very large unit but keeps my game room cold and my kitchen next to it!

Works great! LED display is very dim but the unit is quiet and blows cold!!

This unit has been Great For cooling our Bonus Room. It has been cooling about 500 square feet with no hot spots in the room. Very pleased with GE App for controlling the unit and monitoring temp.
