My old washer transferred an odor to all the clothes that was washed in in and this became unbearable. Nothing worked to eliminate the problem. This could have been caused by water remaining in the machine after the wash. I purchased a GE #GFW850. A beautiful machine indeed. This machine automatically adds the proper amount of detergent to every wash. Who knows how much detergent I was wasting with the old machine? After the wash cycle it has a button for a Ultrafresh Vent and it dries out the inside of the machine completely. What a concept. This is not a bottom of the line washer and the features it has justifies the price. Personally, I don’t have time to dry out the washer after every use. I knew nothing about washers but after talking to both the Best Buy Team Member and his manager I decided this was the machine for me.

It's very sophisticated machine, very easy to handle and very good performance

Like the deterant dispenser and notification when the deterant is low. Don't like to keep the rinse cycle at max for all the laundry types. Can't mix towels with sheets. I have to remove the sheets and rinse the towels again. Bought the machine for the vent feature. The washing machine stays on the vent cycle for hours. Sometimes, the moldy smell is in the machine even after the vent cycle was done. So, the door from the machine is left slightly open to air vent the machine. Machine performed very well in the beginning but after two months it wasn't the same.

It great i love 2 year and the blower it broke but its a easy fix.

Possibly the best washer we have ever owned. Hands down, it beats the Maytag, Samsung, Whirlpool. We've owned them all. Cleans great. Has loads of settings that let you control time and intensity, temperature, prewash, extra rinse. The detergent reservoir is awesome. It's great not having to dump, pour or toss detergent in every time. And it hasn't dumped water all over the floor or ripped, shredded, and torn any clothes, like the Samsung did. Honestly, don't have a bad word to say about this one.

The absolute best washer and dryer! I waited to leave a review and have had them for exactly a year and it’s the best decision I made purchasing them! Haven’t had any problem from them.

This is the largest capacity washer I have ever owned! It holds a huge load. Quiet and cleans very well! I have not even explored all of the options like also drying a small load in the washer but, extremely pleased so far!

One of the best washers I've had to date. This rhing runs non stop with 3 kids and 2 adults, yet keeping us clean and fresh no matter ehat we throw at it.

Had this washer for 3 weeks. So far extremely pleased with the performance. It does exactly what it claims to do. Love the capacity. Our king size bedding and towels are easily accommodated. Clothes come out clean and rinsed properly. Haven't tried the was/dry feature yet. Also like the venting to dry the tub and gasket.

This washer is loaded with options and lots of space to clean big loads. Absolutely love the vent system that runs post-wash to dry it out and reduce mildew and smells that regularly exist in front load washers. Recommended!

Great product. My wife really loves the efficiency of the machine. It cleans really well and the larger capacity makes it easy to wash bedding. You can also connect it to an app, but we don't use that feature.

This machine is quiet , fast and powerful with excellent features the max spin seriously dries out my heaviest of loads allowing for less dryer time. Vent feature is very cool highly recommend

It has being about a month now and I am in love with this new upgrade for me. What I like the most is that it can dispense detergent automatically. second is the ability to auto vent to prevent mold. which was a deal breaker from other brands. i am more than happy with my purchase and I hope this helps you on your desition making process.

This washer last night decided that it was going to power down mid cycle, but guess what? When it powered down outta nowhere, it also decided to unlock the door and continue to fill the drum with water. That was until the unlocked door couldn't take the pressure and released gallons of water all into my laundry room and hallway. So much water came out, it saturated my walls, damaged our flooring and leaked into my garage (as seen in the pictures). The other pic I posted is of the over 20 towels I used to try to stop the water from flowing into my living room. And of course, it's out of warranty. By far the worst house appliance purchase we have ever made. P.s. Yes, that is cat litter in the picture. I had no other options once we ran out of towels, sheets, bed spreads, etc to soak up the water.

Buying this large washer for my mom was great decision. This model is easy to use and cleans very well.

So far I am very happy w/this front loader, has lots of space and does not leave lint like the LG Top Loader we tried. Love that we have Best Buy Total Care which I recommend you purchase for the added warranty, installation, pick up and swap out service w/in 60 days should you not like the product. We purchased a top load which we than swapped out for the same top loader w/out the agitator and then hated that machine due to it leaving lint on our clothes and purchased this machine...

It is a great washer. My wife loves it. She be looking for clothes to wash lol. She says everyday how much she loves The washer. It is definitely worth the money
