I needed a basic range as I don't cook much and this one does the job. I did the installation myself. It was quick and without any problems. All the elements work, the oven works and even the clock works. Apparently, it is programable. I have no use for it so I did not check that feature. One complaint is that it does not fit very well in the space left by the old one. I don't remember make and model of the old one, but the dimensions were almost the same. Problem is that the electrical box on this one extents a bit to the back (first photo take looking down behind the range). Thus, it bumps into the electrical cable and cannot be moved all the way in. Also, the low end of the box is a bit lower (about 1/2") compared to the previous range and that is the part that bumps into the cord (second photo). I will have to move the entire electrical box about 1" down. I am not looking forward to that work. Now that the range cannot be pushed all the way in, I cannot fully open one of my drawers (third photo). Another issue is that the bottom drawer is simply pushed in and there is nothing to hold it in place. Thus, as the electrical cord is folded in, it pushed the drawer a bit out (about 1"). Not a big deal as I can go into the drawer space and push the cord out. Much better design would be some mechanism to lock the drawer in place as the force exerted by the folded cord is small and still is sufficient to prevent the drawer from fully closing. So, OK range with a few problems.

This range works great! User friendly control panel, cook top cleans up nicely with the smooth top cleaner. The rapid boil feature is amazing and the 2-size front burner is convenient. The delivery men were extremely professional and nice. My only complaint is the oven window. For some strange reason the manufacturer thought it would be a good idea to put a white dotted covering over the oven window and it makes it difficult to see inside the oven. Why would they do this?? Even with the oven light on, it is not easy to see what's inside. If they had just left this off and left the window clear, this range would have gotten 5 stars.

Range is just ok, but I wish I would have bought something different. I don't cook much so I was looking for just a basic white stove with a smooth cook top to replace a 20+ year-old old stove that had raised burners. I've had GE appliances in the past, which were fine ... but I am a bit disappointed at how cheap this range feels, even tho it was $600+. The worst feature is the stove drawer ... it's very flimsy and looks terrible in person as there is a huge gap between the bottom of the oven door and the top of the drawer. At first I thought maybe it was not sitting correctly on the track, but apparently that is how it is supposed to be, according to the user guide. And, there are even a few spots on the edges of the drawer that are not even painted. With a quick look it seems like the paint is chipped, but then you realize it is the same on both sides of the drawer. Since getting the new range, I've used the cooktop a few times and used the oven once to bake chicken ... all of that seems to work as it should.

I was a little skeptical of this because it was not self cleaning. Then I thought about it and I done really like the self cleaning ovens anyway they are hot and smelly. Great stove so far

This is a great stove for the money. The delivery was on time, and the install was a breeze.

The stove is fine. There aren't many affordable, basic stoves in off-white, and I feel the stainless steel appliances look institutional, so I took what I could get. I took off two stars for the dreadful job of "installing" it. It was delivered at the same time I was having work done on my Air Conditioner, and when the installers were done, they took the old one and ran out like their pants were on fire. Then I had a chance to look at the so-called installation and found the stove was 4" away from the wall, jutted out 4" in front of the countertop, was too low by about 1.5", and wasn't level. Nobody in their right mind would think this is adequate.

Nice, so easy to keep the top clean. I love the glass cocktop.

I was in love with it when I got it but after cleaning it the paint started to come out. How can a brand new store already look like that and I don’t even cook everyday

I am overall very happy with it. It has a timer so i am able to leave for work and set the timer so my husband knows when to get the food out.

No, I will never recommend it to anyone. It Cooks fine but it started having issues with in 6 months of purchase. It’s burner started spark so I’ve calling geek squad almost all the time. It’s only 1 1/2 years now since I bought it, it’s paint is chipping and yesterday suddenly it’s glass cracked when I turned it on. I called the geek squad and was mentioned that glass isn’t covered because it’s cosmetic . I mentioned that it’s functional issue ( I can’t use it) . But the representative said no, it’s cosmetic and not covered it my paid plan. That was very rude. I have protection plan and Now I have to pay again.

Didn't realize it was not self-cleaning. Fooled by the price and the description Manuail cleaning. Didn't realize they even sold them this way anymore.
