I ordered online and wasn’t particularly impressed with the sales person who acted like I’d interrupted something. The delivery date was changed two times and the second time the person who called told me it was….no longer a delivery, I’d need to pick it up and the manufacturer had a “cost adjustment “ and I’d have to pay more. I didn’t by the way !

So frustrating & GE was not helpful at all. I am so disappointed because I only purchased this after my old GE oven died. The almost 2 inch gap at the back of the rack makes it impossible to use two 9X13 pans side by side at the same time.

From setting me up for a date when the stove wasn’t even available to be delivered, to canceling without notice. I’m not sure that I will ever purchased anything from Best Buy.
