      We are sorry to hear your burners are weak. If the surface burners will not boil, maintain a rolling boil, or food is not cooking fast enough on boil: To keep boil times low, the diameter of the flames should match the size of the cookware being used. Using a large pan on a small diameter flame will extend the cooking time. Flames should not extend beyond the cookware. This will reduce the efficiency of the burner because the heat will go into the room instead of the cookware.
      Use the large or all-purpose burners for boiling. Higher BTU burners perform better for boil.
      Verify that Power Boil is selected. Use of a lid can improve boiling speed and performance.
      If the burner flames aren't even, please confirm you have the correct burner heads on the correct burner. If you continue to have issues, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to Bodewell Service by calling 1-833-426-3393. GE_Appliances

    This product was not easy to clean at all. As soon as you cook on the stove top the grates will look like they are burnt . Scrubbing these grates will not help.

      We certainly understand how important it is to be able to easily clean your grates and cooktop. To clean your grates, you can scrub them with hot soapy water. If there is burned on food, you can soak them in household ammonia for several hours before scrubbing with a plastic scouring pad. These tips can be found on page 23 of the Use and Care manual on the product page and we're sure they will help keep your grates and cooktop in the best shape possible! -Kacie@GEAppliances GE_Appliances

    Ordered/purchased stove and accessories in store. Got home and reviewed the receipt. Other than the part number for the appliance the balance of receipt was wrong. 1. Even though they supposedly price match, the information i provided was ignored 2. The propane jet kit was not ordered, however a gas connection line was on the receipt. 3. A center grate was ordered to replace the center griddle, however the wrong grate was ordered. 4. Communication directly back to the store was virtually impossible as "customer service" is somewhere in the central time zone. By the time i was able to sort this all out, i cancelled the whole order and purchased from a local appliance dealer.

    Worst experience I've ever had. Stove #1: delivered November 4, 2024 with 3 burners missing parts and a non-working oven. In December it was replaced with stove #2: all burners worked but oven didn't. Unsure if stove problem or the 3rd party hire installer. 3 months of no working stove. Now I'm waiting for a $1,529.00 refund. BEWARE
