Great quality dehumidifer, the smart dry feature is not a gimmick and wirks very well at balancing power and energy consumption

Save yourself a headache and buy a different brand. This dehumidifier is overpriced and doesn’t work as well as the description claims. It will stop collecting moisture and/or stop draining here and there as well as just stop running even when the power is on. Eventually it stopped completely and started flashing a F2 trouble code which means the sensor went out. It lasted 2 years.

Good dehumidifier, but pump doesn't work.

Works great if you don't need the pump! But, I need the pump and that hasn't worked since day one.

I really had high hopes for this humidifier. however it took less than a year for it to die.
