Do not buy!! To much expensive and since installed doesn’t work properly! First none oven was heating... later no burner working! Most of the times this range doesn’t work and we have no clue what’s the cause since we tried every single thing to solve! Waiting the technician which will come in 4 days! Until there I have no range/oven! Waste of money!

The stove is very nice and modern, looks beautiful but its a money pit. I owned for about 3 yrs and had 3 burners replaced already, the largest one 2 times. Then the wifi stopped working. Now the whole panel is dead. I had already payed for it twice with the repairs. I will recommend getting the extended 5 year warranty if you can. These is a constant waste of money.

I did a kitchen remodel in April and May of this year. I purchased this oven and scheduled delivery in mid-May. The delivery was fine, BestBuy did a great job. Once the kitchen was finished, I was very happy with the way everything was working. In the beginning of August (2 1/2 months of use) the range stopped working. I called GE and they came out 2 weeks later. they said they'd need to order a new fan (which makes the whole range inoperable--cooktop and oven). 2 weeks later, the part never came. I called GE again -- the y said the part was back ordered until the end of September. It is now the end of September and I just got off the phone with GE, who said the part is still back ordered and they don't know when it will be available. This is a huge inconvenience to me and my family. The way the GE Rep spoke to me, it seems like they either don't care, or have so many problems they can't handle all the issues. Either way, I am not happy with this item and the company.

Bought mine less than three years ago. The control panal quit. When you open the oven, all the heat hits the control panel. This exposure to heat will burn out to the control panel over time. Poor design with no heat protection. Buy another brand.

I've owned GE Profile ovens for a while and this new one does not meet my expectations, especially for the price. The older model comes with the side lip, so that it looks flush with counter and food can't fall in between. The top rack is extremely difficult to pull out, the older model came with glide rack which made it much easier. The control panel seems cheap, the light where the on button for each burner does not line with correctly as well.

Have a GE PS950SF3SS slide in double oven range that is only six years old and the control panel has stopped working! Repair man is saying it is not worth the $700-800 part plus labor to repair a this GE range since the "cooling system" will probably malfunction within years. The average age of an electric range is stated as 13 years old; this one didn't even come close. Very disappointed that I now have to buy a new range. This is why the US has full dumps; nothing lasts here. I am having it recycled but I will never buy another range with a push control panel. We did not have an electrical surge from lightning or otherwise, therefore it is just an unreliable appliance.
