    We did quite a bit of research prior to this purchase, and found that Best Buy had a great price and more knowledgeable sales people. Overall we're very happy with the machine, though it does sometimes seem a bit slow to heat up. It has just enough options to satisfy our needs, and doesn't include a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles. Compared to our old machine, the tub seems enormous and we can now wash comforters and quilts instead of taking them to the laundromat. Happy with the machine and Best Buy's service, delivery and installation.

    I was so tire of buying new washers Nd dryers with all this new technological computers on them, only to have some costly repair needed soon after purchasing. This models dries very well an without digital programming or singing when a load is done. The buzzer off is a bit loud, but a great trade off for no or fewer appliance repair costs. I recommend this dryer for ant load. I also like thar there is an air only cycle to fluff my pillows and thick blankets

    the dryer works fine my best buy experience not so great no communication day before delivery which was delayed a few days while we took off and were home waiting then after installation I smelled gas after paying for professional installation by best buy... not very professional...i ended up paying more in my gas bill and had to pay a real professional to fix...i call best buy to get the issue rectified

    This dyer fit my budget perfect but when i brought it home it has a knock when drying. Not enough to make a big deal but enough to get on my nerves at times.

    LOVE THIS DRYER! DRIES CLOTHES QUICKLY AND CONTROL KNOBS ARE BASIC AND EASY TO USE. HOOKED IT UP MYSELF WITH NO ISSUES. VERY LARGE TUMBLER. HOWEVER, BEST THING ABOUT THIS DRYER IS THE LINT SCREEN. IT CATCHES EVERY PIECE OF LINT AND IS EASILY REMOVED AND CLEANED. GREAT DRYER!

    Had been going to the laundromat for 20 years. Moved into a new house, found a great sale at Best Buy and bought these. Tested them with 12 laundry loads the first day and they were troopers. Smooth sailing 3 months later. Love them!

    We've had this dryer for about 6 weeks and it was installed by a best buy installer. We have a family of 4 and it works great for our size family and clothes always dry on the first run.
