Great looking microwave that fits great over the range and is easy to install. Very easy to use and is extra large for bigger meals.

Modern look with GE artistry series. Had difficulty removing and reinstalling different type arms to hold it up but it is so much better than our old one. Also the fan is more powerful and counter light brighter.

have not cooked a meal but excellent popcorn with multi setting and reheating coffee or leftovers is a breeze. Nice looking and appears professionally installed.

Been using this microwave for over a month now and it seems well built, and certainly does a good job heating food. The exhaust fan (vented outside) and the stovetop lighting both are high quality in my opinion.

I dreaded replacing my over the stove microwave and now I am delighted with this one.

The microwave was so good that we are a true fan of GE brand. We have the fridge and the dishwasher by GE as well. Have been totally reliable and durable. Worth every penny spent and not expensive.

This microwave was highly rated by other reviewers, so I purchased it. The first microwave didn't work at all so I exchanged it. The second one started having issues with the display after 3 months. It's in the process of having a part ordered to correct the issue. Pain to have to meet the repair guy twice.

I bought the microwave because I like the way the series looked. The design was nice and it had everything I wanted. It was large enough to do what I needed it to. It worked fine for 6 months then started tripping the breaker. I put in a trouble call for warranty work on 11 January. GE scheduled a repair the next day for a four hour window. A part had to be ordered so I had to wait a week for the determination that the part was too costly to repair the $200 microwave. Three weeks after the trouble call I still do not have a microwave. I feel as if I have made a mistake in buying GE products and will be very reluctant to do so in the future.

I was surprised at how quiet it runs compared to my old GE Microwave that was a similar model. The mounting template was slightly different but I was able to use it anyway. My only real critique is that one of the light burned out after only a month. Otherwise it's been smooth sailing hte past 6 months.

I ordered this Microwave online. The Microwave is nice looking and seems like good quality (if we ever get to use it). BUT I have two complaints: (1) The Charcoal filter that is supposed to be included was not included, so I cannot finish installing the microwave until GE sends me a filter. None of their sellers carry the filters in stock (i.e., Sears, Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy). (2) The installation instructions template to drill the holes on the cabinet cabinet bottom are terrible -- really terrible. I ended up spending 3-4 hours with all of the pre-installation (i.e., the brackets and drilling under the cabinet). It looks like the actual installation of the microwave will take about ten minutes now once I get the filter. So if you have all of the parts in the box, plan on 3-4 hours to install. Conclusion: GE needs better Quality Assurance to make sure all parts are in the box. I now have to wait as long as 10 days to finish installation. So for now, no Microwave and no Range vent. GE also would not send the filter priority delivery. Poor policy, GE.

Found screws on top of unit to remove panel to replace grease filter - life is good!

We bought this in 2014 and as of 2016 less then 2 years later it died. It stopped working a few times, I un-plugged it and waited and plugged it back in, it seemed to come back. Then last night it just went dead. They want over $200. to come out to fix it, the whole thing cost just over $200 to buy it new? They wanted over $100 for the initial warranty so we opted not to get it. Pretty disappointed and stuck shopping for a new one. Called an Electrician and GE to troubleshoot--didn't do much good. Electrician simply said they don't make them the way they used to.

Worked good for a year until one of the light bulbs burned out. While I was trying to unscrew the bulb, the housing around the base of the bulb outlet crumbled into a pile of little pieces all over the range top. The light bulb housing completely disintegrated like it had been sitting out in the sun for a year or more, very strange. May be a fluke, but very disappointing.
