Great but has its flaws

The fairy shallow depth of the counters is welcome - no losing things behind others. Even regular pizza box still fits. Lighting is great - even and white. Ice maker is a bit finicky, water dispenser is good - ml counter works well but if you stop even for a split second the counter restarts. Kurig is slow and does not dispense the proper amount - too little. There is a distinctive hum from the fans or motor - not very loud but for a fridge in this price range you would expect next to none. 1 short month with it so time will tell.

I like the bottom tray inside, you can choose the climate for specific foods like fresh meat, deli, etc. The Keurig works great. No problems, it brews smoothly. You can choose the cup size for light or strong brew. Makes a hot cup of coffee every time. I have never had a Keurig but I would buy a Keurig stand alone based on my experience with the one attached to this refrigerator, if needed in the future.

Unit is in 3rd year of life with active household and it has stood tall. Purchased extended warranty and used it 2x- peeling stickers on drawers and wonky ice machine- no problems with great service. Don't always buy extended warranty, but see wisdom for fridge. Love Best Buy Outlet for super quality and low prices.

Great French door refrigerator.

The ice maker does not take up so much room like other designs. Plus the Keurig coffee maker is a huge bonus. One less appliance on the counter!

Posted .Hello dcinfolsom - thank you for providing a review of your refrigerator. This is a very nice French Door Model. First, please make certain your refrigerator is level. Second, you may be hearing the whirring sounds of the fans spinning at high speed which is normal. The refrigerator will run best if it is half to three-fourths full. Fits perfectly with our othe stainless appliances. Both cubed and crushed ice in the door, as well as filtered hot and cold water. Even has a Keurig coffeemaker right in the door. Only complaint is you can't open lower refrigerator door without opening both left and right outside doors.

Looks good, like the cabinet depth design. The Hot water feature is nice to have but the Kuerig add on does not work like the real coffee machine. The refrigerator is expensive compared to comparable brands
