Grate v griddle

Nice grate…I just wish it was included when I purchased the stove. I would have preferred the grate to the griddle because I already had one. Thank you for the delivery!

I bought this a month ago, and Best Buy has it set as an installation delivery. No customer support is able to set the item as a drop off to my door.
I've taken three different days off from work to be available after an associate in my city set an appointment. Dutifully locked each cat and dog away as per the guidelines. Each time the associate has called late into the day, to say the item isn't in their warehouse. And they have no other information to help me.
So far, Best Buy has delivered very poor customer service and communication at the local and national level, despite paying extra for the highest tier of best buy membership.

Bought per GE stating that it is the center grate to replace the griddle. It is not as black as the other grates and sits slightly lower. Now deciding whether to return it and do without. I would not recommend this is you are trying to save some money.
