Love this dishwasher. Be sure you get the third rack

The dishwasher is awesome and perfect. The Best buy install process was a nightmare and continues to provide problems. I purchased the additional cord and installation package from best buy direct from Best Buy when I order the dishwasher but I knew things were going south when the install guy told me I had to buy a second cord from him for an additional $20.00. Then when he was done as he was getting ready to go, he handed me some 'extra' parts and told me that they are 'hard to install' and its 'better if we dont install them'. So after he left and I called and scheduled someone else to come and install those bits. Unfortunately, the second guy was more interested in getting the job done in 2 min instead of doing a proper job. These guys drilled into my kitchen counter top like it was a piece of spare wood and they could drill as many holes as they liked. I can't replace my entire counter tops easily and I dont like them drilling and redrilling and then drilling more into them. Their main focus was getting in and out as fast as possible instead of doing a proper job. Now a few months later all the screws have fallen out and every time I open the dishwasher the whole thing flops to the front and is out of balance. Too bad a fantastic dishwasher was ruined by a bad install job. Will never purchase anything from Best Buy that needs installation.

I bought it during thanksgiving week. It was back ordered. I waited for it to be delivered and installed in January. It is a highly rated unit by the customers; however from day one my dishes were not getting cleaned on the second rack. I have to hand wash them after cleaning in this dishwasher. This was first time i bought a GE appliance and unfortunately returning it.

Just received a notice that the diswasher will not be arriving as scheduled due to inventory. The text suggested to cancel the order. Disappointed and annoyed

I have had this dishwasher for a 25 to 26 months now. Seems to be working fine, but now the top rack is already starting to rust. I would say this should start happening this fast, so i am pretty disappointed in that. Otherwise it has been pretty good unit. It seems to clean pretty well and is quiet. We dont necessarily like the bottom rack with the folding rods. If you want them up the fall down very easy.

This does not dry your dishes at all. After 24 hours all still wet. It also already has build up from the soap and I’ve only used 3 times.

My review is more about the installation process. The BB authorized installers are awful. I had them out to my house 4 times to attempt to install this dishwasher and each time was more frustrating than the last. I have since called BB to come take it away, but the final installation consisted of a dishwasher that wobbles from front to back when the door is closed and slides side to side when barely touched. They also failed to use the trim pieces, so there's a 1/2" gap on each side. They also pushed my electrical wiring down into the basement, leaving a coil. The dishwasher itself looks nice, but I can't comment on functionality. I wouldn't trust the installers to install batteries in a remote control. If you live in CNJ like I do and use their installers, good luck. You'll need it.
