We have had product for about 2 months. No issues as of now. The inside is a little bit smaller than our previous one but it works well for what we use it.

The interior of the microwave was smaller than I expected as it isn't very deep. The panel on the side doesn't light up, so it's hard for me to read it. And I hadn't noticed at time of purchase that it is only 800 watts. Everything takes 4 times as long to heat up. I'm sorry I bought this model.

Would give higher rating if key pad was brighter . Difficult to see!!!

I purchased the same microwave approx 15 years ago and it was time to get another. The reviews on this one (the newer version) was great, and since having the other with no problems for over 15 years, I went for it and glad I did. This one has turn table, the other did not. I like the turn table but need to get used to the smaller glass plate. Other than that, it's great.

Owned for 2 years, broke right at the two year mark. Didn't get the extended warranty, which is my fault this day and age, but how can a $500 microwave die after 2 years? And why does GE only warranty it for one year? Do they not trust their quality to last longer than a year? I'm in the process of trying to fix it. It died when I opened the door early to stop the timer as my food was hot enough. When that happened it tripped the actual breaker for that circuit in the house. Took it apart and I checked the door switches and the middle one, Pushed in the tab on it and heard a click that was different than the others and little harder to push in. Tried hooking everything back up and now with the door closed, it pulls 1000 watts as if it is trying to run even though I didn't cook anything. It stops with the door open so I'm assuming something with the switches is bad OR the whole switch interlock system. Taking it to a repair shop would probably cost over half what I paid for it. IF I can't fix it I'll be forced to get again because of my situation this is the only one that fits in my cabinet for the kitchen setup. I built it into a normal wall cabinet with the trim kit. I know one thing, if I end up having to get a new one, I'll buy the extended warranty this time.

It is only good because this is the only model fits my customized kitchen. But they last roughly 8 years. Hopefully they will continue making this model

It is not a strong microwave. You really are paying for the fact that it is not too deep. You pay more and you lose power. Mine got busted after three years. I am glad I had Best Buy extended warranty.

I purchased this microwave online for an in store pick up and when I got home I realized that the microwave inside the box was the wrong one . It was literally packaged in the wrong box . So I boxed it back up and went to return it and they said you’re welcome to go find another one like it was my problem. So I asked the associate to help me and she took 20 minutes trying to find another one and came back and said she couldn’t find it . The store was unorganized , there was no service to help us . I won’t be back .

Perfect replacement. Fits exactly into the opening built.

The microwave works great and is one of the only microwaves I could find that would fit the space for the built in cabinet. It also has plenty of power to make food extremly hot in no time at all.

Nice-looking microwave. Extremely quiet. I had to muscle it into the 24” wide space. I knew it would be tight, but had trouble finding one with the right dimensions. May not be coming back out without some carpentry, so hopefully it lasts for a long time before I need to replace it.

This seems to be a good microwave. It is basically the same as the previous two I have had, so no surprises.

This purchase was made to replace an existing GE dicontinued model. While I already had the trim-kit, and was told this was the exact replacement, it did not work with my existing trim-kit. Yes, my existing trim-kit was 15 years old and made it through 2 microwaves. It did have a useful life! Once I ordered my new trim-kit and had my husband install the entire package, we realized that this microwave did not compare in quality to the previous model. It was a disappointment and that also includes the trim kit which is made out of plastic. This was really a "nose-dive" in quality for GE. If you have the luxury of time? Measure your space and shop around!!!

I expected a stainless steel microwave to be top quality, but it appears to be underpowered at 800 watts. The microwave I replaced was 15 years old and was rated at 1000 watts

Built well and looks high end. Key pad would be easier to read if it was back-lit.

Replace GE with another GE Microwave. The other 22 years of service and we immediately see technology advantages with the new one
