I really like this Microwave, easy to use. It looks great also. The only thing negative is the Control Panel is very hard to read especially at night. At night if you don't have a bright light on in the kitchen you can't even read it. During the day it is all right. Other than that I really like it.

We were tired of having microwaves go bad on us. We had a GE Profile and then a Samsung go bad on us. So, this time we decided to get the maximum extended protection and installation as well. The product looks great and seems to work well as well. However I am not too impressed with the design of the rotary knob to set the microwave duration. The knob increments in 15 second steps only. Then, you have to press the knob to set the time. Can't understand why time cannot be set simply by stopping the rotation of the knob. Once the microwave is on, you can turn the knob to increment by 1 second and you don't need to press it to set the new time. I just feel that the requirement to press the knob creates another "moving part" with another area where the equipment can fail or malfunction. This is, in general, emblematic of poor product design principles. Other than this, the convection aspect of the microwave works well and is useful. We were also somewhat dissatisfied with the installer. I had to prompt him to search for a stud to fasten the support bracket for mounting the microwave. He was going to simply mount it on drywall with wing nuts. While the wing nuts may work just fine, mounting on dry wall is any day a better and safer option.

I got this awesome convection microwave for a great price on an open box buy about 6 weeks ago. It is very similar to the Advantium I used to have, but for a much lower price even when at regular price. So far I have used the microwave and convection/bake feature. It is very versatile and works as well or better than a full size oven that heats the house. Baked potatoes cooked on microwave sensor feature came out very good and the banana bread using the convection/bake feature was quick to bake and delicious. I look forward to trying out many more recipes that are in the book that comes with it.

The taste and texture of baked goods from the convection oven is awesome. The selection knob gives easy access to the full feature set of microwave and convection oven options. The only con so far, is that we have to wipe the touchpad frequently because every touch leaves a visible smudge.

I reviewed quite a few microwaves from different vendors before settling on this one. I haven't been disappointed yet. The basic microwave features are there but the ability to cook thru the convection oven takes it over the top. I haven't explored every feature yet but I'm enjoying what I see. By the way, a lot of reviews said you could only cook in 15 second intervals. Not true. Merely rotate the dial to the left after entering your cook time and it allows you to choose "less than 15 second intervals". Also I shopped the major home improvement stores for the same product. Best Buy had the better pricing. Just saying . . .

We used the Best Buy install service and it was well worth the cost. Overall the design with stainless steel including the lining dresses up that side of our Kitchen. The basic Microwave operation is very user friendly. Learning the features and operation of convection and combined cooking was made easy by a laminated instruction sheet along with a full featured cook book that was included.

The control knob takes some getting used to. Other than that, it installed easily, works great. I use the Convection Oven more than I thought I would since I already had a Convection Oven in my range, but the one in the microwave is very convenient to use & doesn't heat up the house nearly as much as the one in my range. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

Flexible use in small spaces. Frees up kitchen for other uses other than large oven. Like dual use feature.

Purchased this convection/microwave to replace the one I bought 18 years ago that finally gave up. I am using this in the RV that we live in for 6-9 months every year. This is my only oven and I use the convection oven just as much as the microwave. It does a great job baking cookies, making roasts & pork loins, etc. I love that it has two oven racks so I can have several items in the oven at the same time. The keep warm button is fantastic - used it when we made eggs benedict for a group of 6 and it kept the English muffins & ham warm but crispy.

I love this microwave! It was easy to install but it required at least 2 persons! I haven't read the manual and I know how to use it to do everything! It's very easy to clean and what I love most is the 3 speed vent! I would recommend this product for those who like high end products and easy to use!

We purchased this item as a display item and therefore the value/price was easily justified. Easy installation.

Works perfectly in our carriage house, which is very small. Can cook a whole meal in it using convection, or just pop a bag of popcorn. Very even cooking.

I was disappointed that I found the same item for a lower price a couple days later after I installed microwave. Took price match into the store in Riverbank CA where I picked up item and they refused to price match the item. As usual they never meet the standards or stick to policy. To make thing even worse I received a letter from Best buy saying they will beat any advertised priced regardless but Riverbank store still did NOT stand behind that promise. Riverbank store is the worst location for customer satisfaction and service. I will continue to shop at the Modesto CA store even though it is out of my way. They always have excellent customer service and keep me very satisfied!!

Nice looking microwave with a convection oven. Works well and heats food up nicely.

Bought it, put it in and my wife baked a cake using the convection oven. AWESOME!!!

Like the ease of use as with any microwave but its great to have an e Yea oven if need it

Went to Best Buy to replace my over the range microwave and came across the combination oven! It cost more than just the microwave but has been well worth the extra cost.

This is a fast cooking microwave that is easy to clean. Inside is large enough for several items at once.

Unfortunately mounted this thing before trying it out on the counter. It lit up and counted down but thats it. The microwave didnt work at all. 4 hours total wasted on this piece of junk . Went online and read many reviews where the same thing happened either right away or after a few months. Was always a GE fan but this makes me question their products now.
