IT WAS THE LARGEST UNIT WE COULD FIND UNDER 30" WIDE FOR THIS APPLICATION. HOWEVER, THE "BUILT-IN KIT" WHICH IS A SEPARATE PURCHASE ITEM, COST ABOUT THE SAME AS THE MICROWAVE, BUT MAKES THE MICROWAVE HAVE THE BUILT-IN APPEARANCE THAT WE WANTED.

I thought the trim kit I had would fit it but it didn’t. I tried to go on your website to find a trim kit for this microwave but you didn’t have one. I also tried calling and was on hold for 45 minutes. I decided just to return the microwave and find a place that has a microwave and trim kit that I could buy at the same time.

Seems well made and I hope it lasts. I upgraded to this model with the trim kit (JX7230SLSS). Works great and is super quiet compared to my original.

Awful quality

One day, it kept running after taking food out. When I tried to reopen the door, a plastic part inside snapped. Had to unplug it to stop it. Luckily, Best Buy was awesome about returning it. 5 stars for their customer service.

It is considered normal for some steam/vapor to escape from around the door, but your feedback will be shared with our team. These guys were great . . . competent, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were extremely careful so as not to disturb anything else in the kitchen area and to make certain there was no packing debris left in the area when they finished. These guys are fantastic representatives of the the very best of Best Buy.
