Good replacement for white GE microwave from 2002 especially since the color white is hard to find any more. Not many changes to the fundamentals compared to the oven back then but reliability of the button needed to open the oven is questionable.

Microwave works. No issues. The color is off white, not white as pictured. I sent the first one back because of the color and the second one is still not a bright white. The trim kit however is white so don't know why the microwave doesn't match the trim kit?

This Was the replacement microwave for the one I had originally bought 28 years ago. This one obviously is not made as well Nor will it last as long as the older models and modifications had to be made to the cabinet that it went into ..... but it works! Also the frame that we had to purchase extra is definitely needed when replacing an older model. Nothing is the same.

after 1 month unit is working well as expected . no concerns . easy to operate . this built in unit is a replacement to a unit we had for 16 years and we hope to get 16 years out of this one also . The replacement installation was seamless and in fact looks a little bit better than the original unit we had from the same manufacture.

I purchased GE microwave PEB7227AN4DD with the stainless steel trim kit JX7230SLSS. A few observations ... * the trim kit does fit this microwave * the trim kit was easy to install with the exception of the screws ... the kit comes with a single bag of screws so on first glance you think there is only one type of screw. There is in fact two kind of screws that look nearly identical so do yourself a favor and separate these before installing. * some reviews mentioned screws were missing and had to go to the hardware store to get more screws ... I found all the required screws to be included. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. We were replacing a built-in GE microwave that was about 9 years old, and of course wasn't made any longer. This model looks great installed!

This microwave has exceeded our expectations. It replaced the same model (ten yrs old) that stopped working. The front panel is entirely glass which is a good thing - amazing, really! It’s sturdy and sleek and DURABLE! The old one was all plastic, and likely what led to the early demise of the mother board touch panel. Anyway, thanks to the customer support at GE, they told us exactly which model would fit our existing space and trim kit, so it was a fairly easy install (we used Task Rabbit) and this microwave is much quieter. The only tic is that the interior for some reason is a dark gray, so it’s not as lit up as the old one. That’s not such a big deal. Excellent quality. Only been 6 weeks - I hope it lasts a while, Worth the price, and Best Buy was efficient, seamless order and pick up.

Very nice efficient microwave with a few drawbacks. The door opening button should be a different color so that it is visible in low light conditions. The dark gray interior makes it hard to see inside it even with the interior light on.

Our microwave oven had quit working and were having trouble finding a replacement that would fit the customized space where the other oven had been. We were delighted to discover that Best Buy carried an updated but identical size microwave oven, and even had an "open box" option that saved us money! Our salesperson was incredible helpful in determining what would meet our needs!

I use this daily and its perfect. Easy to use and definitely worth the price. Just a little hard to keep clean. But I think most if not all microwaves are.

Overpriced & SLOW shipping! I will never...and I mean NEVER order anything from Best Buy again. I came back here months later to warn you all...do not order anything from here! My one week delivery turned into 5 weeks! We went without a microwave and a hole in my kitchen wall for 5 weeks because of there incompetence; one week inconvenient but not a problem...but 5 weeks! So after installation I noticed this model is much different then the previous model...there are good and bad points about this new model...its definitely more powerful, but the buttons are hard to find what you are looking for and makes an easy job a little challenging everyday. Lets add insult to injury...so I had a $20 credit and tried to order a few cheap items for my granddaughter...guess what...they shipped only 1 of the 3 and items and wrote off the rest! Dont waste your time and money here!

We bought this built in microwave as part of our kitchen upgrade. The purchase was made in July 2019. A few days ago, when I tried to heat up our dinner, the door broke. The button to open the microwave door is completely non responsive. We paid almost $400 for this microwave and the door broke just after six months of use!! GE appliances is one of the biggest appliances manufacturer in the US. It is known for its quality and reliability. However, the microwave we purchased is an inferior product and the quality of this microwave is below standard. As of today. our dinner is still in the microwave and we cannot open the door to get the food out. We are very disappointed with the purchase.

Works amazing. Very easy to install just needed the cabinet guys to correct the space before installing.

Great Microwave, heats really fast, looks beautiful in my kitchen. I haven't cooked anything in it, but I feel pretty sure it cooks well.

We had a GE Profile Microwave for seven years and never had an issue. This one had the same external measurements but we still had to get the updated trim kit because the venting was a bit different. The only issue my wife has is the numbers and text are smaller and in a more subdued grey instead of white. It is mounted above our regular oven and she, like most women, is shorter. She says she is still going to keep it!

High power. Works great. Had to get it to replace old GE and this is the only one that nearly matched my existing one dimensions and brand. A bit disappointed on the cost of the trim kit, since the old one was not compatible, by less than half and inch.

Very happy with this purchase. Replaced a high end microwave in a precise built-in kitchen. Attentive, capable service from purchase through installation. Excellent, good quality merchandise and great value. Easiest transaction we have experienced in years.

Like the microwave and works pretty well. Only thing I don’t like is it is the style where you have to press time cook before pressing the time or else it assumes the first number you push is for the number of minutes you want and it starts automatically.
