I really like the controls etc. after using a couple of times the microwave started making strange noises. After trying I few times I returned to store which the process we very easy at Best Buy and they were able to get me a similar whirlpool microwave that’s works great. This micro wave was not available to order must have been issue with this model.

And I can see light emitting from the area between the shell and the enclosed cooking compartment. The GE Profile that was replaced had worked flawlessly for over 10 years and I now wish that I had not replaced it.
