I think it works great...much better than our 7 year old GE model we replaced. The unit is very quiet, looks great, and does a great job of getting the dishes clean and streak free.

It sounds like the drain line is improperly installed on their unit. For every one else I think you will be very pleased with this model. It replaces my old GE unit from 15 years ago and is definetly a quality unit.

It doesn't clean pots and pans, dishes, even glasses and silverware. There is a pathetic film of residue food that covers all of the dishes when they come out of the washer. Terrible terrible machine! Looks good...but it doesn't wash...at all!

Cutlery basket bottom "shredded" after a year... This dishwasher is a complete piece of junk....now that the touch pad malfunctioned after 3 years and we can't turn it on, we have clear and clean glasses again ( because we hand wash them) ! Looks pretty ...except "pretty is as pretty does"....DO NOT BUY GE...my GE Profile microwave crapped out after 30 months! Just waiting for the fridge, cook top, and oven to croak too.... Perhaps I can make a 4th of July float for GE appliances that failed to meet reasonable life expectancy?
