Had to schedule a service appointment with GE after fifth use; less than 30 days from purchase and installation. Don't expect any support from Best Buy if you bought Geek Squad plan. You are forced to go through GE for the first year. Plumber stated that the leak is likely a bad seal or damaged hinge on the bottom right corner where the door closes.

He answered all my questions and assisted me with my purchase of a new Profile GE. If anyone is at a Best Buy in Jersey City, you need to to find him. I will only buy from him from now on!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GE Cafe CDT828P2VS1 dishwasher. Purchased 6/2025. This replaced my old Cafe dishwasher. Its noticeably more flimsy than the last one. The only positive is that it is quiet. My biggest complaint is the drying function. GE, for some reason, has removed the drying, circulating fan on all their dishwashers. If you check on the specifications, under drying, it states that they use a fan assist. Totally misleading, Best Buy needs to fix this false information
