Overall, we love the dishwasher. It's very quiet and cleans the dishes well. However, even on the "high" heat option, it doesn't totally dry the dishes. Always moisture on all the cups. It seems to improve if you let the dishwasher sit closed for a while after the cycle finishes. It also goes through rinse aid MUCH faster than my previous dishwasher.

Easy to installation. I’m glad we bought the installation kit. The kit includes a power cord, so I added a 110 outlet at the back of the cabinet. (The old GE dishwasher was hard wired, which is also to code). My water supply valve started leaking during test. Easy to fix by tightening the gland nut. Passed test, Sliding dishwasher into the cabinet requires some wiggling and adjusting the larger supply of insulation. Very happy with everything. Be sure to follow instructions. Must pour a quart of water in the bottom to prime the pump. Next, Oh Oh, it’s not working. We were standing right next to it and couldn’t hear it at all until it started pumping out the water and only then some small sound of water flowing from the sink drain. VERY happy with this dishwasher

I am really enjoying my new dishwasher. I particularly love the top rack where silverware can be organized very efficiently. The dishwasher is very quiet with several impressive cycle options, including an automatic one. The bottom rack also fits my various dishes very well. A great purchase.

We have had this dishwasher for 3 weeks and all ready have problems with draining it . Says check drain system and i drain line out and hooked it back up and did it again . Is a nice unit but we used it for a while 17 washes till problems began. Not a fan of the door either it just falls when you open it or the 2nd shelf which seems to catch on something every time so i dont see that lasting to long either

This dishwasher is quiet and does a good job cleaning dishwasher and they come out dry and clean. However, the drainage system gets clogged easily and this is with dishes that are rinsed before being put into the dishwasher. I have had this dishwasher for about 6 months and it has stopped working twice. I was able to restore function after cleaning out the drainage hose and removing the water from the bottom of the machine using a shop-vac and cycling the power. Ultimately the design of the drainage system could be better.

Quiet, easy to use, third rack is very helpful. Quick installation.

Silence is GOLDEN! I never know when it's running. The bottle jets make my life easier considering I use bottles for Kefir, juicing & Kombucha. It's a faster wash cycle than my previous washer. Clean dishes every time and I've washed most every night for the past month.

This was a bear to install but only because the trim strips and insulation kit is so heavy duty compared to a cheaper dishwasher. Love the third rack up top for flat things. Super quiet while washing if you install the sound dampening parts that come with it.

I have only had it for a week so I haven't put it through its' paces yet. We have run it twice. Once to make sure of no leaks, second time with dishes. It is extra quiet, and with our new open concept kitchen/living room quiet is good. I like how the rack can be adjusted side to side, the special silverware drawer, and the glass cleaning nozzles. I would recommend you give careful consideration to ordering through Best Buy as it was a nightmare getting my appliances. Missed delivery windows, communication promises not kept, etc. Too much undo stress and lack of ownership.

This is possibly the best dishwasher ever. It gets the dishes flawlessly clean and the glasses come out sparkly, without any spots at all. I also love the smart controls and that it doesn't make any sound when running.

Awesome dishwasher! Super, super quiet. Some will say that a 44dB dishwasher is “indistinguishable” from this 39dB dishwasher. They are wrong. I replaced a 44dB dishwasher with this one and the change was obvious. A 44dB dishwasher is an awesome dishwasher by 1990s standards. But it’s no match for this. It’s also true that the racks in this dishwasher are second to none. Highly. Highly. Recommended!

I really like this dishwasher! We bought it because we had a plumbing drain pipe that runs behind the dishwasher and this was the only one that had enough clearance in the back to fit over the pipe. The cycles are not that long compared to other dishwashers and range from 57 minutes to a little over 2 hours (compared to 2-5 hours for our Whirlpool). The third rack is a bit of a stretch so I've considered removing it. To fit the third rack limits the height of the other two racks.

We really love this dishwasher. It is very quiet and does a nice job cleaning dishes...and has nice functionality.

We needed a new dishwasher since our last GE model had an urgent recall (immediately stop using). Since we have a great room with kitchen and family room together, we needed a quiet model. This filled our needs and then some. We love the bottle wash heads on the upper rack and the concentrated nozzles under the silverware holder on the bottom rack. We also love the display which gives washing cycle status (washing, drying finished); our family was famous for opening our prior model not knowing it was mid cycle. My only negative was the Best Buy sales staff when trying to place the order by phone. I was hung up on twice. I ended up ordering via the web and somehow my request for installation was dropped. Frustrating and unprofessional to say the least.
