You have to run it on dry boost high to get everything dry but I am able to run it on a light wash as I prewash and they come out clean. As others have said it is definitely a 2hr process could be longer if you want a normal wash etc. The one excellent thing it’s quite!

After installing the new hose the machine stopped pumping down. Turns out the way we routed the new discharge hose caused an air bubble to form and kept the pump from staying primed. Nothing in the install manual about this, service tech came and diagnosed it immediately.

We couldn't get their very highest quality, but this was the next best. It is quiet. Quieter than the previous GE that we had. However it just doesn't do a good job of cleaning at all. Unless I very thoroughly clean everything before it goes in, it just doesn't clean well. I am having to rewash things as simple as cereal bowls and plates. If it wasn't such a hassle and if there was't a shortage of other high end dishwashers, I would send this back. I still may return it.

We're sorry to hear, though, that you have not been pleased with its functionality. For the best wash performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid. Not silent, but quiet

It's not as quiet as I was expecting to be honest. Like you will still hear it working, it's not like you can just expect not to hear anything. It was easy to setup and install myself also.
