I love the look and it's easy to use. Glad we bought it

Replaced a white double oven which was yellowing. The new oven fit perfectly and we love the slate finish on the new one! Much quieter than our old oven. Did not give five stars because the oven racks don't seem to slide as well as our old oven.

Convection oven performs well and so does the regular oven. Haven't used the remote access yet. Installation by Geek Squad was a great experience. Arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards, very friendly and professional.

I have been trying for 3 1/2 weeks trying to get these 2 items corrected Twice during this time a technician has shown up to repair but did not know he was suppose to bring the parts . I am still in need of repair. Terrible Service.

Kevin was great in measuring the oven... if fit perfectly .. The installers were wonderful and completed the job in 20 minutes and took everything away. Could not be more satisfied.

This double oven has been very good so far. I've used it to make cookies, chicken and lasagna. No problems. Its a good looking unit and I'm very impressed with effectiveness.

Fit into existing space of an old (23 years) GE Profile. This model is actually roomier than its earlier version with far greater range of control and features. Very impressed.

This was the only brand and model that fit inside the existing cabinetry ... the same exterior measurements but just slightly smaller inside.

I've only had it a short while, so I'm re-learning baking and broiling with the convection feature. It works fine and the slate looks really good.

I'm thinking that the temp needs to be adjusted down about 25 degrees from what is called for in the recipes. Thanksgiving turkey browned a little too fast. There is only one heat element, at least that's the only visible one and it's on top. Cookies, casserole, all got too brown on the top shelf and not cooked thoroughly. Has a wifi feature, and a Sabbath one as well. Neither of those are the reason I purchased the unit. Thinking I need to purchase a temperature gauge and verify the oven settings.

The oven is from the same manufacturer as our last one. GE has a Guarantee that it fits in the same spot of the same size GE oven.

While I was disappointed the previous oven stopped working, I believe it was better to replace it than have it repaired.

GE Profile was recommended, and we are happy with our purchase at Best Buy!

We love to cook, so we use both ovens quite a bit.

The oven had problems out of the box with what seems like a minor issue. The top oven light would not go off, thus you cannot use the top oven. This happened when the installers were setting it up, so they called it in as a warranty (maybe bad switch). However, after they left the oven began heating up on its own (maybe bad CPU???) I have a new oven on the way now...Hope it is better than the first one. Having to wait 3+ weeks for the new one sucks!
