Fridge is quiet, great space for ice bin. Lighting inside is adequate and shelf space is excellent. Only drawback is the water pitcher (magnet inside) did not recognize the pitcher as being full and overfilled the water creating a waterfall outside and inside the fridge. Technician ordered a new pitcher that is on backorder.

Great fridge! Me and my family love the idea of having water but not from the door. This fridge offers us a water container inside of the door, and it automatically refills itself!

Lots of room. Love the ice in the bottom drawer and the water pitcher in the door. Middle drawer seems to shut a little rough though.

Installed less than 3 weeks ago. Lots of usefull space especially in the large door shelves. Love the auto fill water pitcher. The only negative is it doesn't display the actual temperature in upper part and the freezer. So Will it last over the long haul???

We've had it a few weeks now and so far we love it! Very quiet, and spacious. The middle drawer is a wonderful addition and the water inside the door is a great feature. The ice maker works great. I love the back light feature as well. So far we are very happy with it & would recommend it

Fridge went, lost hundreds in food. Disability income- really hurt. Decided to go to Best Buy, last minute, far for me- surgery couldn't drive. Son said, lets go. Best decision !!!! I will always go there first. Very happy! Got 'dream' fridge, I could never afford - what a sale/markdown! What a blessing ! Wasted time with places near me.

The refrigerator is very roomy. It is easy to operate. The gentlemen who came to set it up were very pleasant, informative and cleaned up everything before they left.

So far we love the refrigerator, we bought 2 of them. The water fill container inside is a little loud when it auto fills but so far it’s perfect.

Very good refrigerator. The right side fruit/veggie drawer cannot fully open with the left side door closed. The left side drawer is able to open with the right side door closed. This is why only 4 stars.

outside of 2 dings on the door which i dont blame GE its an outstanding fridge, love the removable pitcher the best and the ice bin back in the freezer where it belongs. plenty of room inside and no dispensers on the doors.

Easy to use and understand. It is smart enough that you can control from an app but not too "techy". Ice is where is supposed to be, in the freezer, not in the refrigerator door and has a self filling water pitcher that can be pulled out to pour or leave in place and use the included valve.

This has been a wonderful fridge so far. Love all of the features. Just wish the ice cubes came out less together and the ability to be crushed. Otherwise I love my ge profile fridge so far. I have had it 2 weeks as of this post.

Love this fridge, very spacious and bright on the inside, however only drawback is in the deli drawer only one side lights up when you open it. Called and they said that is how its supposed to be. That's only reason for not giving 5 stars.

The GE Profile 28.7 Refrigerator has every feature I need while keeping a clean exterior appearance. I love the auto fill pitcher and it's excellent filter. The light is bright, the shelves are deep for large platters and it's very spacious. I am very pleased with it!

Great refrigerator works well for my family plenty of storage

The product is great. We were very upset that on the Wednesday it was to arrive and it was not on the truck. We had emptied the old fridge and had sold it. The delivery did not arrive until the following Monday with no explanation after multiple dead end customer service calls . I have sent two negative reviews to Best Buy without a response via Best Buy generated surveys. So if you asked about Best Buy my rating would be a big ZERO
